In Trad tribe, Tarab sets a condition for marrying his daughter, Nujoud, which is to bring a healing plant that restores sight to his wife. Because the matter is impossible, Nujoud is unmarried. In the tribe of Mutaab, Fares asks Afin to jump over the death pit to prove his manhood to their tribe.
Nujoud's mother tries to persuade Tarab to abandon his condition to marry their daughter off, but he refuses. Afin fulfills his promise to Fares to jump over the death pit with his horse, but he falls to his death, so Fares lives in deep regret.
Afin's mother calls for a curse on Fares to love Nujoud, in order to go in search of the plant and die in the valley of Minaya. Fares defies her and decides to go to Nujoud despite the battles between Trad and Mutaab tribes. Fares arrives in the tribe of Trad and introduces himself in the name of Afin.
Shaddad doubts Fares' identity and his impersonification of Afin's character. Fares sits in the session of Trad tribal chiefs and discovers their desire to enter the war against his tribe and their intense hatred for him.
Nujoud falls in love with Fares, and Mutaab discovers that his son has traveled to the Tarad tribe, while Shaddad tries to separate between Fares and Nujoud
Mashal discovers Fares’s true identity and decides not to divulge it. Fares confesses his love for Nujud and his wish for reconciliation between the two tribes.
After thieves attack the tribe, Nujoud refuses to let Shaddad take charge in the absence of Trad and insists on leaving the matter to the stranger Afin (Fares). Fares kills the robbers incognito, so Nujoud suspects that he is hiding a big secret.
Trad returns to his tribe and finds out what happened in his absence. Shaddad accuses Fares of betraying the tribe, while Jawhar praises the role of Fares in facing the robbers. Fares confesses to the tribe that he is Fares, Mutaab's son, and asks them for reconciliation and his marriage to Nujoud.
Trad and his tribe accept the reconciliation offered by Fares, and Fares volunteer to bring the eyesight plant from the Minaya Valley. Trad gives him 30 days to bring the plant, in addition to bringing his father, Mutaab, to activate the reconciliation and pay the blood money between the two tribes.
Fares goes to Manaya Valley, and Shaddad plans, with the company of Ghadban and Sutooh, to kill Fares when he returns to the Foxes Valley. Shaddad's men attack and seriously injure the returning Fares with the plants.
Fares' condition improves and Nujoud's mother regains her eyesight. Mutaab meets Trad and announces the two tribes' reconciliation and the marriage of Fares and Nujoud. As two weeks have passed since their marriage, Fares notices Nujoud's constant attempts to evade him.
Shaddad becomes terminally ill, while Shadhan tells Fares of the relationship between Nujoud and Sattam, her cousin. Fares then expels Nujoud, thinking that she has cheated on him.
Fares announces to his tribe that he has divorced Nujoud, and meets Shaddad while he is dying. Shaddad tells him about his plan to drive a wedge between him and Nujoud then he dies. Fares gets back with Nujoud after discovering the truth.
