After his divorce, Jack lives a miserable life, and as he refuses to celebrate Christmas, the Bureau of Yuletide Affairs sends the ghosts of Christmas to take him on a journey that reminds him of his past and warns him of the future, whereupon Jack is forced to chase Christmas to save his present and his gloomy future.
