Sam Rothstein, director of a gambling club appointed by the mafia to oversee one of its affiliated clubs in Las Vegas during the 1970s to early 1980s, marries Gingerwhos is pampered, arrogant and malicious. Nicky Santoro, a money collector and an executioner of a Chicago mafia gang, is sent to Las Vegas to make sure the mafia gets its share of money for gambling. Many paradoxes occur there.
