Emily arrives in Miami, with big dreams of becoming a professional dancer. She meets Sean, who leads a dancing crew. They discover that Emily's father, a wealthy businessman, plans to demolish the neighborhood as part of a development plan, and she has to stand up against her father in order to protect their neighborhood, all expressed through their dancing.
