Rishabh, a wealthy advertising executive, and Parineeta, a doctor, fall in love and get married. She gets pregnant and dreams of opening a children's hospital, but loses her life and Rishabh's baby in a tragic accident. Her last request was to donate her heart to a patient of hers, Dhani, and Rishabh fulfills this. Eventually, Rishabh meets Dhani, and feelings between them start to develop.
