Al works as a scout for the New York Yankees. As he heads to Mexico to look for possible recruits, he comes upon a skilled American player named Steve Nebraska, whom he gets to sign on with the Yankees; however, when Steve starts acting peculiarly, Al is forced to hire a psychiatrist to help him.
