Shehata is a circus clown with a heart of gold who is loved by children. He is in love with his colleague Zahra, who does not reciprocate his feelings and is in fact in love with her fellow circus performer Mahmoud. One day, Zahra is injured and taken to the hospital in serious condition, and she finds no one standing by her except Shehata.
