Hanafi, a hairdresser and hairstylist, colors his neighbor Shalabiya's hair. Shalabiya doesn't like the color of the dye and goes to the police station to report it. However, there is a serial killer in the area who is on the run from the law and is threatening to kill anyone who is in his way.
