Peter Quill finds himself chased by Ronan (Lee Pace) after stealing a mysterious orb. In order to evade Ronan, Peter must work with Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Rocket (Bradley Cooper), Drax (Dave Bautista) and Groot (Vin Diesel). Peter soon discovers the true power of the orb and the danger it poses to the entire universe.
