A woman in labor's relatives search for Dr. Omar. When they discover that today is his wedding day, they forcibly take him from the hotel to attend to deliver the baby. He returns to the hotel to prepare for his wedding after the delivery.

Omar and his uncle Hafez go to a bar where his uncle tries to convince him to give up his womanizing. A drunk Omar keeps entering and exiting the hotel as he waits for his car.

When Omar wakes up in Effat's house, he tries to remember how he got to the house of the daughter of a prospective presidential candidate. He jumps off the balcony and gets chased by security.

Tina is devastated when she sees her ex with his new wife. When Omar's sister is found with one of his colleagues, Dr. Awny threatens to fire Omar. Bariza Fakah tries to find a new target to rob.

When Effat disguises herself and visits Omar, he tries to find out what happened that day when he ended up at her place. He leaves to visit his family in the countryside where he proposes to his cousin. But he is arrested during their engagement party.

When Omar is charged with a hit and run, he can't prove where he was at the time of the accident. Effat's mother tries to convince Omar not to mention that he was with her daughter, but Effat tells the cops. The woman who was injured in the accident disappears.

When Omar flees the family of the injured woman, he is accompanied by an unknown woman that he later discovers is the woman from the accident. Upon returning home, he discovers that her family has beaten his uncle. As he tries to get Effat to tell him what happened on Friday, he gets shot at.

Lamar tells Omar that she was the one targeted by the shooter. When Effat learns that Omar was shot, she visits him in the hospital and tries to get close to him in front of Lamar.

When Lamar storms out, Omar kicks Effat out. Lamar sees her cousin who threatens to try to kill Omar again. Effat's father is being blackmailed using a video of Omar and Effat.

Omar and Lamar attend Ghazy's wedding. Effat tries to prevent Omar and Lamar's marriage. Omar tells his uncle and his friends that Bariza is trying to blackmail him, as Effat's father tells Omar that Dr. Awny is blackmailing him.

Lamar's cousin threatens to kill Omar if he goes through with his marriage to Lamar. But Erfan, Lamar's father, saves him and celebrates his daughter's engagement to Omar. Effat shocks Omar when she tells him that she is carrying his baby.

Omar agrees to give Bariza money. Omar's sister falls for Effat's father. Omar learns that his uncle has a girl in his house, but he is shocked when he discovers that it's Bariza Fakah.

When Met'eb breaks into Omar's house and fights with him, Omar refuses to divulge his identity to the police, so Lamar reports him instead. Erfan tells Omar that Met'eb took refuge in the mountain but he won't stay for long. Effat learns that her father and Omar's sister are seeing each other.

Bariza escapes Niyazi and his men. Dr. Safwa discovers that Awny and Mortada are switching the samples of their patients' with Omar's patients. Effat is still chasing Omar.

Effat pursues Omar as he goes on his honeymoon. Tina falls ill. Kholosy kidnaps Hafez and forces him to marry Bariza.

Omar learns about his uncle's marriage to Bariza Fakah. Lamar asks Omar to return to Egypt, and tells her friend that she wants a divorce.

Omar returns home to find Bariza who complains about his wife and sisters and tries to blackmail him. When Ghazy tells Omar that he wants to marry his sister, Omar tells him that she doesn't want to get married, but Ghazy says that he already proposed to her and she agreed.

Omar rescues Lamar and they report Fadl for kidnapping her. Omar gives Tina his blessing for her marriage. He tries to convince his uncle to divorce Bariza.

Effat loses the baby but accuses Omar of aborting her. Lamar questions Effat's presence in their house. Ghazy tries to convince Omar to approve of his marriage to Tina.

Effat is waiting for Omar when he returns home, but Lamar sees them. Awny tries to get rid of Omar and plots with Kholosi and Niyazi. Bariza refuses to join them and tells Omar about their plans.

Lamar leaves the house after she sees Omar with Bariza despite his attempts to tell her the truth. When Kholosi learns that Bariza betrayed them to Omar, she is forced to flee, but she is kidnapped at night.

Bariza escapes her captors and goes to the police. Awny and Kholosy tell Lamar that Effat was pregnant with Omar's baby. Bariza tells Omar about the CD that is being used to blackmail him.

Omar divorces Lamar after he sees her with Fadl. Omar is horrified when the neighborhood's people watch his CD. Safwa tells her psychiatrist about her devastation that Ghazy recorded their dalliances. Lamar tells her father what happened with Omar.

Met'eb tells Lamar the truth before he died. Hafez tells Tina that Ghazy meets with people who want to harm Omar. Hafez tries to reconcile Omar and Lamar.

Omar's sister Sama is accused of attempting to kill Effat's father.

Kholosi kidnaps Bariza and tells her that he was ordered to kill her. Fadl apologizes to Lamar and confesses his love. Omar tries to get Lamar to take him back, but she asks for some time to think it over.

Omar is arrested on fraud charges. Niyazi tries to get rid of Kholosi and Bariza. Omar discovers that Safwa has escaped.

When Omar is accused of killing Ghazy, he manages to escape before the cops arrest him. Omar discovers that Effat tried to poison Sama.

Sama is released after Effat confesses. Omar visits Tina under disguise. Awny kidnaps Lamar and Sama.

Omar rescues Lamar and Sama with the aid of Kholosi and Bariza. He is proven innocent of the fraud charges. Kholosi marries Bariza.
