As Seif tells his psychologist about how he went blind, it's revealed that he was a police officer who got injured while in pursuit of a serial killer called the Hunter. The Hunter's case is reopened after a number of police officers get killed, prompting the Ministry of Interior to call upon Seif to help.

Sameh steals the keys to the apartment before leaving. Officer Tarek realizes that all the murdered officers took a training course together in 2007. As Sameh breaks into Seif's house to search it, Seif discovers him and tries to defend himself as Sameh tries to kill him.

Colonel Maged Azazi is assigned to the case of the murdered officers, much to Tarek's frustration. Tarek discovers that Maged took the same training course as the murdered officers. The journalist Lobna gets some important information about the case, but consults the lawyer Moshira before publishing.

Seif agrees to help the authorities and reveal what he knows about the Hunter. When Maged objects to his involvement, Tarek threatens him. Moshira tries to reach the families of the murdered officers. It's revealed that Hala is working for Nagy Al-Khalily and is trying to get information about the Hunter.

Tarek discovers that Maged is leaking information about the case. Moshira asks Lobna to postpone her article until she confirms some things. Hala befriends Aida, who is fearful of everyone around her after she discovered that she is being watched.

As new information comes to light, the lawyer Sherif decides to help Moshira, who goes to Tarek to provide him with information. Seif recounts how he managed to find the Hunter through his psychiatrist, reflecting on how the Hunter killed his wife and daughter.

Seif reflects on how his desire for revenge led him to mislead the police so that he could find the Hunter first, only to discover that someone among their ranks is helping the Hunter. Aida starts to get close to her college classmate.

Seif recalls his confrontation with the Hunter and how he killed him. Tarek reveals the truth about Maged to Wa'el, unaware that Moshira can hear him. As Tarek realizes that Moshira has looked through his things, she reveals the information she has about the case.

Moshira reveals the murdered officers were arms traders and that the killer is their competitior. Despite Al-Khalily's attempt to recruit the officers to work for him, the Hunter tried to eliminate them to take control of the market. Seif was assigned to get rid of the Hunter.

Tarek visits Moshira to inform her that the higher-ups do not want to look into the arms trading to ensure Seif's continued cooperation. Nagy Al-Khalily allows Maged to interrogate the Hunter, but the latter assaults Maged.

When Maged kills the Hunter, Nagy expresses his relief. Seif offers Hala a job at the cafe. When Seif meets Sayed, whom he tortured while still in service, he asks him for forgiveness and gives him money. As Tarek and Seif examine the Hunter's body, Seif reveals that the Hunter was drugged.

As Tarek pinpoints the location where a former officer was killed, he finds the paper that Maged gave him prior to his murder. Tarek confronts Seif and informs him that his description of the Hunter got an innocent man killed. Maged flees before Tarek reveals his connection to the dead man.

When Tarek reaches the warehouse whose address was on the paper, he discovers that Maged has been killed. Tarek gets reprimanded for not telling his superiors about the paper he found with the murdered officer sooner. When a CI informs Tarek about Hala's connection to Nagy Al-Khalily, Tarek tells Seif.

When Tarek asks to interrogate Nagy to uncover the leader of the network, Seif tips Nagy off in an attempt to reach him first. It's revealed that Moshira is connected to Major General Samy Shehab, whom she tells that she found photos of her in the apartment of Hassan Tal'at, who was killed by the Hunter.

Tarek's father threatens to take him off the Hunter's case unless he goes to their ranch. Moshira refuses Sherif's wedding proposal. Tarek's father shows him pictures of Rahma in one of her colleagues' car, but Tarek refuses to believe that his wife is cheating on him. Hala promises to bring Seif to Nagy.

Nagy asks Seif to give him all the information he has about the Hunter and how to find him. In exchange, Seif asks for the name of the person who founded the officers' network. When Nagy refuses to tell him and attacks Seif, Seif emerges triumphant. Moshira discovers that Seif is actually the Hunter.

Seif makes a deal to protect Hala in exchange for keeping his identity a secret. Nagy discovers that there is a plan to bring him down.

Moshira's brother gets killed in prison. As Wa'el and Tarek start investigating the Hunter, they grow suspicious of the story Seif has been telling.

As Nagy gives his lawyer his account number, he sends someone to monitor the lawyer and plant a listening device in his office. When Seif calls the lawyer, the latter informs him that Nagy is monitoring him. Dressed as the Hunter, Seif goes to the lawyer's office to destroy the listening device.

Seif starts to get close to finding the man responsible for his family's murder. Nagy kidnaps Farida to pressure Hala into carrying out the drug deal according to his wishes.

Tarek discovers that the marks that the Hunter leaves on the bodies of his victims make up the name of Seif's late wife. Seif kidnaps Mokhtar.

As Tarek confronts Seif and accuses him of lying about the Hunter, Seif denies everything. Farida is returned to her mother after Nagy gets arrested.

Tarek's investigation finally reveals that Seif is the Hunter. Seif kills Mokhtar. Tarek breaks into Seif's house to find evidence against him, but he is unable to find anything.

In a flashback, Seif recalls his first meeting with Maged and how he was forced to join the officers' secret network. Tarek is unable to prove that Seif is lying in front of Colonel Hamdy.

With both Seif and Tarek accused of murder, Moshira assures Tarek's wife that she will get him acquitted. The police question Reda about the money that Hala brought him. Reda lies to his wife and claims that he escaped from police custody, and lures her into a trap. Seif pays Nagy Al-Khalily a visit.

Seif gives Nagy the name of the officer in exchange of smuggling him out. The police arrest Hala's friend. Seif asks Moshira to find the phone number of a neurosurgeon's daughter in the Hunter's case file. Moshira asks Kamal to bring her the case file.

When Seif escapes, Wa'el tries to arrest him, but Seif beats him. Wa'el reveals to Colonel Hamdy that Seif is not blind. Tarek visits the doctor's daughter to find out the name of the guy she was involved with, only to discover that it is Major General Samy.

Hamdy discovers that Tarek and Moshira's marriage certificate is forged. Moshira discovers that the superior officer who is pulling the strings is not Tarek's father. Moshira is arrested for forging the marriage certificate, but she tells the police that Major General Samy is going to be killed.

The police arrive before Seif kills Major General Samy. Tarek is released. A gang attacks the prison transport vehicle carrying Nagy and kills him. Wa'el discovers that Samy is the one pulling the strings. As Major General Faysal gets a new security detail, it's revealed that Seif is one of them.

Seif gets his revenge after he kills Faysal Ghalab, only to be killed by the police.
