Mahrous listens to the story of Al-Adawy in El-Sayeda Zeinab. The storyteller recounts how the brave Al-Adway stood up to the tyranny of the Turkish ruler and fell in love with Horya. Wezza brings Mahrous back to the real world when she warns him that neighborhood's people are looking for him

Hamasa's men tell him that he gave his trust to the wrong man when he entrusted Mahrous to distribute drugs. Their neighbor who is a lawyer overhears them and reports Hamasa to the police, but Hamasa is tipped off and he threatens the entire neighborhood.

Mahrous discovers that Sanaa is cheating on Hamasa. When Sherine tells Commissioner Hassan that Hamasa beat Mahrous, Hassan calls Mahrous in to urge him to turn Hamasa in. Mahrous refuses to be a snitch and Hassan locks him up.

Mahrous meets a guy who claims to be Al-Sayed Al-Adawi in prison. Sherine is offered a new job. Mahrous is released.

Wezza convinces Mahrous to accompany him to a demonstration in exchange for money and a meal. When the demonstration falls apart, he takes on a job as an extra in a film location. He complains to Shahinda that he didn't get the meal he was promised and that the pay is too low.

When Mahrous tries to interfere after he notices that an antiquities dealer is defrauding Margret, she gets angry at him. Mahrous gets in trouble when the cops arrive for not having an ID on him. When he returns to the neighborhood, Hamsa welcomes him back and apologizes for beating him.

Hassan considers Hamasa's public apology to Mahrous as proof that they are working together. Taymor Yakan is worried when his dog trainer Osman is bitten by one of the dogs.

The neighborhood discovers that Mahrous has tremendous physical strength after he single-handedly raises a car to change the tire. As Hamasa grows fearful of Mahrous, Saedya believes that Mahrous' strength is due to being blessed by Al-Adawi.

When Saedya asks Mahrous to put her in touch with Al-Adwai, he denies their connection and claims that he is only having visions. Sherine starts working for Fouad Yakan who tells her that he offered her a job so that he can use her connection to her neighborhood during the elections.

When Fawaz consults Mahrous on his new job with Yakan, Mahrous considers it a sign from Al-Adwai and accompanies Fawaz to Yakan's mansion. It's revealed that Yakan is an arms dealer who was meeting with a smaller dealer to warn him against competing with him.

Yakan agrees to let Mahrous work for him. Margret reconciles with Mahrous who returns to the neighborhood to say goodbye to his family. He gives Saedya the key to the shrine and teaches Wezza how to take care of Ghazal's plants and birds.

Salma goes undercover to get information from Ghazal who tells her that he already knows who she is. He agrees to give her what she wants after she tells him that she enjoyed his company so much that she forgot her mission.

Salma's editor-in-chief gives her one week to find dirt on the Yakan family. When both Mahrous and Ziad disappear, the guard's security suspect that Mahrous has kidnapped Yakan's grandson. It turns out that Mahrous saved Ziad from trying to fly like Spider Man.

Farida takes Sherif to her friend's apartment where they drink and do drugs. Her husband Adel is tipped off by Sherif's girlfriend Dalia and catches them together. He divorces Farida and goes to Taymour Yakan to tell him about what she did.

When a client asks Awatef to drive her home at a late hour, it turns out to be a trap by Haroun's sons to rape her. Mahrous rescues Awtef and takes her to Dr. Sherif.

Mahrous is arrested when the injuries of Haroun's sons turn out to be severe. Mahrous hides Awatef's involvement and claims that he was defending himself from Haroun's sons' harassment. When Sherine learns the truth about what happened, she reports it to the police.

The neighborhood celebrates Mahrous' innocence. Taymor Yakan congratulates Mahrous and asks him to wed Farida as a mohallel. Mahrous agrees but Farida refuses.

As Taymor prepares for Farida and Mahrous' wedding, Fouad tells him that the marriage needs to be consummated in order for Farida to be able to remarry Adel. Salma tries to question Ghazal about Mahrous but he refuses to tell her anything.

Marhous divorces Farida and asks her father to split his reward between him and the people of the neighborhood. He also asks to bring his dog Jackson to the mansion.

Salma takes Jackson to Yakan's mansion and tries to convince Mahrous to tell her of the happenings of Yakan's family. She tells him that Yakan is an arms dealer but Mahrous refuses to betray a man who trusts him.

When Farida discovers that she is pregnant, her father tries to plan a way for her to claim that the baby is Adel's instead of Marhous'. But Farida doesn't want to remarry Adel.

When Mahrous returns to the neighborhood, he is shocked when everyone refuses to talk to him. When Ghazal doesn't open his door, Mahrous thinks that he disappointed him too, not knowing that Ghazal has passed out.

Farida has a daughter that she names Zeinab. When her father recalls her back home, her guilt over keeping her daughter from Mahrous makes her ask her father to dismiss him.

Sanaa flees the neighborhood after she falls pregnant. When she tells Mahrous about what Mahmoud did, he beats him and forces him to marry Sanaa. He recounts what happened to him in Yakan's mansion and about what Salma did to him.

Mahrous enlists Saedya's help to interpret the dreams he's been having. Salma's mother asks for Mahrous' help to find her daughter.

When Taymour discovers that Zeinab needs a bone marrow transplant from her father, he calls Mahrous who is quick to agree. Margret learns that Mahrous is Zeinab's real father.

Margret tells Mahrous that he is Zeinab's father. As Mahrous prepares to leave for the Yakan mansion to get his daughter, Salma takes him to her newspaper and records his entire story.

Mahrous asks the neighborhood's people to testify in his custody case but they refuse out of fear of the Yakans, except for Awatef and Wezza. Farida dies of an overdose. Mahrous represents himself in the custody case as Fouad enlists Sherine's help.

Mahrous is interviewed outside the courthouse. His interview, in which he recounted his whole story and proposed to Awtef, goes viral. A television network contracts him for a program.

As Mahrous starts his new show, Sherine and Shabaan try to figure out how Mahrous lost his custody case. It's revealed that the DNA test was tampered with. A retrial finally proves that Zeinab is Mahrous' daughter.
