Robert the American owns a villa in Italy where he spends his vacation in September with his Italian girlfriend, Liz. Robert is forced to go in July to get some work done, only to discover that the caretaker of the villa has converted it into a 4-star hotel. He finds a number of young men and women staying in the villa, so he asks the one in charge to vacate the villa.
