This film highlights the foundations of rural society, through the story of a village mayor, who is waiting for a visit from a high commission from the capital. However, a misunderstanding arises when the villagers mistake two traveling young men for them. With these two young men's thirst to make money by any means, they seize the opportunity to get everything they want from the mayor and the residents.
