When FBI recruit Alex Parish becomes the prime suspect in a terrorist attack, her past in Quantico comes to light as old mentors step in to take part in the investigation.

As Alex fights to prove her innocence, Ryan takes a risk to help her. Back during the training in Quantico, a shocking secret is revealed about one of the recruits, as Miranda helps two identical twins to double-cross everyone.

Alex seeks help from a familiar face who turns out to have a secret agenda. Back at Quantico, Alex comes to learn some major facts about her late father.

As the search for Alex heats up, orders come in to eliminate her on sight. Alex goes after Shelby when she discovers a connection between the bombing and one of her companies. Back at Quantico, Ryan discovers Liam's duplicity.

Alex tries to get the public on her side through a recorded interview. Shelby makes up her mind regarding Alex's guilt. Back at Quantico, Simon's disturbing history is revealed, which throws a wrench in his budding romance with Raina.

Simon's suspicions of Caleb increase as he takes over the investigation. Back at Quantico, Miranda uses the recruits' newest mission to keep an eye on her son. Simon accidentally finds out about the twins.

As the bombing investigation intersects with an undercover operation, Ryan's life is left in peril after a raid. Back at Quantico, a hard test helps to filter down the recruits.

Clayton asks Caleb to tamper with evidence to cover a personal mistake. Alex discovers a deadly plot that prompt her to take drastic action to save lives.

Ryan is used as leverage against Alex to force a confession. A number of Alex's former classmates team up to help her prove her innocence. Back at Quantico, Simon makes a decision that earns him the ire of his classmates.

Simon finds out that he is connected to the bombing in ways he could not imagine. Liam convinces Alex to consider her friends as suspects while they investigate the rest of their class.

The team races to save Simon as he finds himself in a deadly predicament. Shelby faces the ire of Senator Claire Haas.

In the fallout of the bombing, Alex faces a new threat as the life of one of her friends is threatened. Back at Quantico, a new wave of recruits arrives, posing a new kind of competition to Alex and her friends.

Alex and Natalie are blackmailed to steal information from the FBI. Back at Quantico, Shelby's search for her missing sister reveals a devastating truth.

Alex enlists Simon's help to find out the identity of her blackmailer. Back at Quantico, Nimah learns that Raina is involved in a dangerous mission. The past comes back to haunt Liam after a public confrontation reveals past mistakes.

Alex receives help from an unlikely source as the terrorist points her to Senator Claire Haas. Back at Quantico, the recruits are forced to fend for themselves when a terrorist group mounts an attack on the academy.

Alex and Hannah team up to save Senator Haas. Simon suspects that the senator was not the terrorist's real target. Caleb comes clean to Will about an undercover mission he is assigned to.

Forced to make an exchange for the terrorist, Alex and Simon are shocked when they are asked to make one more sacrifice. Back at Quantico, Shelby discovers an unsettling truth about her parents, and Caleb steps in to protect her from her own family.

Alex's search for Simon, Will, and Shelby implicates Ryan. Despite being beaten down by his father's death and his subsequent addiction, Caleb offers to help Alex.

Ryan learns about Natalie's disappearance and Alex's connection to it. Alex and Shelby locate Will, who has taken part in a terrible plot.

A betrayal causes Alex to inadvertently put Ryan's freedom on the line. The identity of the terrorist who has been blackmailing Alex is revealed.

As it turns out that the terrorist has double-crossed Alex, Simon barely manages to escape with his life. Back at Quantico, Shelby plots to bring her parents in, as Alex finds out critical information about her father's past with Liam.

With Liam making his final play, Alex races to save Ryan and Miranda's lives as well as countless others.
