Moussa steals a car, believing it to be an Israeli car, and intends to sell it in the Palestinian refugee camp he is staying in. He discovers a disaster in the car, where there is a kidnapped Israeli soldier in the trunk. He dreams of having money for a visa outside the country, and finds himself running away from the Palestinian authorities and the Israeli Intelligence at the same time.
