Jason Bourne is chased by the CIA once again after former CIA operative Nicky Parsons is out to expose the CIA's black ops. Director Dewey sends CIA agent, Heather Lee to catch them both.

Once again, Jason Bourne is hunted by the CIA, at the same time where (Nikkei Parsons) penetrates the intelligence database and carries everything she needs. Heather Lee uncover this penetration, and inform her manager Dewey, who orders his team to catch Bourne and Parsons, whom their paths met, which leads Bourne to know more about his previous life.
