As Officer Kamal plots to ambush a drug dealer, the latter gets updated on the matter and changes the course of his journey. Sarab develops the habit of going out to get heroin. Rahaf is upset with her husband's staying out late. Khaled consults a therapist to help with his drug addiction.

Erfan murders one of the gangsters for leaking the information for their operation. When As'aad's father asks him to take care of the family business, As'aad confesses he has been taking money for his education. Sarab continues her business with the gang. Kamal wants to get back with Rahaf.

Sarab calls As'aad and he tells her he loves her. Abu Nader harasses Sarab and Osoul. Amal resumes with the therapy sessions as she provides help for addicts, among whom is a young man who overdoses on Captagon.

As'aad is almost caught doing drugs when his father enters his room. Lilian prepares for the next drug-smuggling operation, and she keeps the truth about her business from Abu As'aad (As'aad's father) who is merely after profit. The disagreement between Kamal and Rahaf reaches a peak.

Kamal monitors Sarab to reach the gang, and he also watches Amal's clinic. Ammar warns As'aad against doing drugs. Rahaf evades an anonymous who has been following her. Abu Nader rapes Osoul. Rahaf and As'aad are arrested.

Kamal urges Rahaf to divulge the dealer's name and location. Erfan is a step ahead of Khaled as he kills As'aad. Saleh mourns the death of his son. Lilian considers a way to entrap Kamal, and the Agha urges her to halt her business temporarily.

Khaled's cell phone is missing. Dr. Emad tries to save a patient in a critical condition, but the only thing that can help him is the morphine. The Agha threatens Lilian who acted in defiance of his instructions and he urges Erfan to halt dealing drug temporarily.

Khaled tracks down the manufacturers of narcotic pills. At home, he and his wife have a disagreement over having children. Lilian warns Erfan, but he blindly obeys the Agha's orders. Amal prescribes Tramadol to the already relapsed Rahaf. Kamal arrests Ezzo.

Saleh is willing to sacrifice all his money and give up his position just to learn who murdered his son. Emad takes Fotoun out and buys her a precious gift. Somar urges Isma'il to obey him. When Khaled has the pills analyzed, he learns they are locally-made.

Lilian tries to convince Abu As'aad to move on from his grief ; he tells her his only purpose in life is to avenge his son's death. The Agha anonymously calls Kamal and reports the arrival of a drug shipment. Amal provides Kamal with an insight into the minds of drug dealers.

Kamal and Amal go out and he confides in her about his wife's depression. Erfan wants Lilian to get the morphine by claiming that her sick father urgently needs it. The Agha tells Kamal that he'll help him catch the dealers. Amal asks Rahaf to wait until the drug wears off from her body.

Khaled promises to have the drug dealers arrested. The Agha updates Lilian on the arrival of the new shipment. Maher, the legal affairs official, inspects Fotoun's medical supplies laboratory. Emad proposes to Fotoun.

Lilian heads to the borders to receive the shipment. Nader's brother invites him to stay with him. Rahaf entertains a suspicion that Kamal is seeing someone, which he denies. Samir's disappearance leaves Lilian dazzled. Qusay is threatened to be murdered if Fotoun doesn't obey.

Fotoun and Emad are arrested. Somar murders Emad and runs away before he is caught. Rahaf commits suicide. Kamal asks Captain Hayan to find Erfan for he is the tip of the iceberg. Saleh learns that his partners, Lilian and Erfan, are his son's murderers.

Amal tells Rahaf she's is almost cured. Kamal is shocked to learn that Rahaf is Amal's patient, and upon confirming, he kicks her out. He berates Hayan for keeping this from him. Amal is also shocked to learn that Kamal is Rahaf's husband.

Kamal is saddened over Rahaf and he calls her father to tell him what happened. When a young man overdoses on narcotics, Amal tells Hayan the narcotic pills he took have a stimulating effect that energizes the body, that's why the mafia gangs use it.

Brigadier Hassan urgently requests the arrest of Erfan. Mo'ataz is worried over his involvement in the arms deal the Agha got him into. Kamal confesses his feelings for Amal and tells her he and Rahaf broke up. Rahaf's father takes her in and hires a nurse to look after her.

Rahaf's father entrusts Mo'ataz with the business since he will be preoccupied with his daughter, much to Suzan's disapproval. Hayan recalls Fotoun's arrest and Emad's death. Amal tells Kamal she needs more time to get to know him. Hayan informs Kamal of his brother's kidnapping.

Kamal tells Amal he cannot forgive Rahaf. Hayan mourns the death of his brother. Isma'il tells Hayan that his brother is still alive. Suzan takes over the company's management with Mo'ataz helping her.

Hayan seeks a way to help his brother and calls Kamal to tell him he's ready to negotiate with the kidnappers. Rahaf's health shows a slight improvement. Amal tells Kamal she got a job at an addiction rehabilitation center.

Rahaf wakes up form the coma but she is bound to a life with paralysis. Mo'ataz is seen at the location of the kidnapping of Hayan's brother. Nader, Hayan's brother, is murdered in the gang's clash with the police and Mo'ataz runs away.

Kamal asks Hayan to compose himself and trust the law to avenge his brother's murder. Kamal and Rahaf confront one another. A mysterious man appears at the graveyard and tells Hayan that he saved him from certain death and now his task is done.

Wessam, and old colleague of Rahaf, visits her to check up on her. Kamal raids all the pharmacies that sell narcotic pills, hoping to reach Erfan. Suzan puts pills into Rahaf's father's cup of tea and the nurse observes her. Essam wins the tender when Saleh's offer is manipulated.

Mo'ataz tells Saleh that Farah is a traitor. Kamal reminisces over his relationship with Rahaf, with its ups and downs. Hayan is rescued and is taken to Somar and Lilian who turns out to be alive; he is forced to abandon his job as a cop and starts working with them.

Malek informs Kamal of the new shipment. Wessam's love for Rahaf is sparked. Somar, Lilian, and Hayan clash with Mo'ataz and his men during the delivery of the shipment. Kamal divorces Rahaf, and her father learns he has a blood disease.

Essam leaves the hospital and disappears without a trace. Kamal promises to help Amal with the license for her rehabilitation center. Suzan is found dead. Essam sees Farah and comes across files that prove Mo'ataz's involvement with the mafia.

Kamal and Amal meet Nawas, the customs official, and he delivers the shipment without opening it. Essam recalls how infatuated with Suzan he was, and how she was willing to kill him in cold blood. Kamal learns that the shipment they received is a drug shipment; Amal vanishes into thin air.

Somar, Lilian, and Hayan kidnap Rana and Saleh to reach the Agha. Kamal goes missing and the police search for him. To avenge himself against the Agha, Saleh cooperates with Somar. The Agha kills himself before they reach him.

Wa'el locks Kamal in the cellar and tells him he has just become a criminal by facilitating the entry of a drug shipment. Malek arrests Somar and Lilian. Wa'el asks for reinforcement to help arrest the drug lords, but his plans are thwarted when the meeting place is attacked.
