Eitab is a new flight attendant who arrives late for her flight and her boss grows upset. The plane heads to Indonesia, and funny quarrels occur between the passengers until one of them screams that he dreamed that the plane is going to crash. The plane experiences turbulence and Eitab passes out.

The plane crashes in the sea, and the passengers arrive on a remote island, with no phones or facilities. Each of them tries to find something to survive and comic talks take place between them until Eitab realizes that she has lost her memory.

As everyone tries to think of a solution to get out of the island, they search for the missing passengers from the plane. When it gets dark, they consider starting a fire so that if a plane comes by, it can see them.

The women sleep in the shed that the men made. They try to help Eitab regain her memory and she starts telling them the tale of Snow White as if that's her story. Eitab keeps telling them stories from films.

The passengers decide to search the woods for fruit or anything edible. The presenter decides to stay to write a message on the sand asking for help and Miss Egypt stays to help him.

The missing passengers retrieve the bags from the sea, collect the food and hand the bags to their owners. As for the bags that do not have an owner, they decide to keep them for a while. Eitab takes over the task of looking after the food and bags.

The passengers grow hungry after Hanim eats all the food. They each sneak to look into the unopened bags, and they all agree to open them. They are overjoyed to discover that one of the bags contains a lot of food.

The passengers try to find a way out, because they will run out of water soon. Araby suggests that they desalinate seawater. The well-known presenter suggests that they take the boat because they're doomed either way, and no one comes up with a definitive solution.

Farag tells Eitab that he used to work in an internet company and he suffered from his wife's bad treatment, which makes him act against his nature. Araby wants to use the boat to distill seawater, but Ayman objects since he wants to use the boat to leave the island.

The passengers are divided into two groups, one that wants to use the lifeboat and another that wants to leave it as a last resort. Farag, the famous presenter, and Miss Egypt agree to escape at night and steal the boat.

The co-pilot, Maged, appears and tells them the story of the crash. The reckless pilot learned how to fly a plane via online lessons, but her father used his authority to allow her to fly. As Maged fell asleep after activating the autopilot, the pilot did a major mistake that crashed the plane.

Captain Maged helps the passengers hunt and find water. He suggests that they search for the transmitter that was on the plane, but Araby tells them he has a radio that he can use to send a distress signal.

Captain Maged jumps in the sea to search for the transmitter and climbs a mountain to be able to receive a signal. He asks Araby to turn on the radio to get a signal.

Captain Maged dies, and Araby, Farag, Hanim, Basim, and Eitab tell the rest of the passengers what happened. They get back to square one after the transmitter gets destroyed, and they can't hunt or find water.

In a flashback, Araby's father tells him to travel to escape from the government. Eitab, Basim, Farag, and the Chinese volunteer return to find Hanim and Araby sitting in a remote place alone. Eitab finds a well of fresh water.

The passengers make sure that the water from the well is drinkable. They can't decide who will take charge of the well. The Chinese man turns out to be fluent in Arabic and gets into a competition with the Egyptians. The winner will be in charge of the water.

The Egyptians start the competition with the Chinese to compete for who will be in charge of the water and work on the island. The Chinese are stronger but the Egyptians bribe their leader who declares that the winner are the Egyptians.

The guard duties are distributed among the Egyptian passengers. Eitab continues to try to remember anything about her past and the doctor helps her. She asks Basim to help her give water to the Chinese because she thinks that this is unfair to them.

Yasmine recalls how she grew up in a family of beauty queens and how she couldn't fit in because she wasn't pretty. She went to Lebanon to have plastic surgery and came back looking gorgeous. She was announced Miss Egypt, and was on her way to another contest in Indonesia when the plane crashed.

After Selim and Ayman discover that Eitab and Basim are giving water to the Chinese, they ask Dahrur and Mahrous to tie them to a tree and to keep them like that for two weeks. The Chinese decide to rebel against the Egyptians.

The Chinese attack the Egyptians and seize control. Farag rescues Eitab and Basim and they fight with the Chinese and manage to escape.

Basim calls an unknown man and shoots at him. The Egyptians tire of the hard work as the Chinese take revenge on them for what they did to them. Selim asks them to have mercy on the women in exchange for money but they refuse.

Eitab, Basim and Farag start to explore their surroundings and find out that it's been deserted for 7 years. They find a landline and follow the wire to the phone booth so that they can call someone for help.

Eitab and Basim wait for Farag to turn the electricity on. Basim tries to tell her that he loves her so she asks him about his fiancée, but he tells her that they weren't in love. They hear a gunshot and discover a bunker that has recording devices.

The passengers discover that they're not alone on the island. Eitab, Basim, and Farag find out that the other people are armed and they shoot at them.

Zaghloul recalls that he was a skilled barber and that a king admired his work and took him to his detention center. On one occasion, he was shaving his hair and accidentally cut off his ear. The king held him captive, and he remained there until the detainees revolted against the rulers

Zaghloul continues to recount that after his escape, he decided to be a thief for 7 years, instead of being a slave. Eitab hears a sound and it turns out to be Basim's fiancée with another passenger.

Rafik tells Eitab that they were recruited by the Mossad and that they have to get off this island. Basim is jealous of Rafik. Eitab prays that God forgives her for what she did. She hits her head, and her memory comes back to her. She hits Rafik and tells everyone who he is.

Eitab recalls that she used to work as a maid, till she started working with an Egyptian officer who recruited her after he discovered that she has a photographic memory. She was on a mission when she boarded the plane.

Farag, Yasmine, Hanim, Araby, Eitab, Basim, and Hanaa decide to make a plan to escape, with the remaining passengers being smuggled out away from the invaders. They escape from the island with the boat.
