As Safwat Al-Qulouty, the real owner of the land, threatens to throw the residents of the building out because he has the deed of the land, the residents decide to appoint the lawyer Abu Hafiza to take their case.

As a ruling is made regarding Safwat's entitlement to the land of the building, Abu Hafiza and the residents decide to break into Safwat's house to photograph the deed of the house and prove their ownership of the land, and their plan works.

During Mother's Day, Sherif receives a robot gift from a housewares company called Zizou. The robot begins to do the house chores and infiltrate Sherif's family.

As Zizou vanishes, all the residents of the building discover that they have been scammed by Zizou, who pretended to be just a robot.

As Adel tells his friend that his mother used to be a dancer and that he doesn't know his real father, he resorts to a charlatan called Sa'eed to summon his mother's spirit to know who his father is.

As Mostafa drives a customer called Gamil, he discovers that he's looking for a place to live and decides to give him an apartment in the building. Gamil pushes Sherif to quit his job to provide him with a better one. But when Sherif follows his advice, Gamil starts to evade him.

The residents of the building suspect that Gamil is a demon disguised as a human being because of how he caused problems and his extreme ambiguity. Adel, Mostafa, and Sherif soon discover that the matter is real.

When the neighborhood sanitation worker quits, a new cleaner named Mansufa is hired to collect the garbage, and she starts to interfere in the residents' lives.

Mansufa blackmails Alyiaa and the rest of the residents of the building in order to obtain money so that she doesn't expose their scandals to everyone.

As Dai comes to stay in Alyiaa's house, she suffers from many troubles due to the great resemblance between her and her twin sister, the artist Mai Kassab, which makes everyone exploit her in pursuit of fame.

Dai looks after Adel and Zozo after they have an accident, while Mai Kassab comes in an attempt to take Dai home, fearing that the residents of the building will take advantage of her.

As Hollywood star Angelina Dipico and her football player husband Cristiano arrive for a visit to Egypt, Sara persuades her to design clothes for her, while Zozo tries to get close to her for a chance to act in Hollywood.

With the departure of Wadia' approaching, Adel decides to find a new guard for the property, so he finds Rab'ei and succeeds in convincing him to take the job.

When new residents come to the building, Adel goes to meet the head of the family, only to discover that he's an old friend named Mohammed who decides to open a grocery store with the help of his son Ghaly.

As Adel grows suspicious of Mohammed's behavior and his son, the police come to arrest them for storing sugar and monopolizing it.
