This film paints a picture of Palestinian and Eastern Jewish music in Palestine/Israel today through an interview with German researcher Robert Lachmann, which was broadcast in 1936 on Palestine Radio. Jumana Manna returns today to the same groups that Lachmann visited and studied, to meet them and invite them to play their music.
