In this live-action film based on Disney’s original adventure, the Savannah animals celebrate the birth of their future lion king, Simba. King Mufasa and Sarabi share their royal wisdom with their growing son until Scar, Mufasa’s treasonous brother, tragically takes over the throne. Simba is exiled, and with his friends, Timon and Pumbaa’s help, he must find ways to grow and re-claim his throne.
