When Farid suffers from a heart attack, he decides to leave his place in the company to his son Shokry. The decision makes Dorra angry as she had plans to seize his property after she caused an estrangement between father and son.

Dorra's men plot to make Shokry leave as he prepares to cleanse the company. Farid discovers that Dorra stole his ID card and fired the family that works for him, but he gets them to come back. When he is in his farmhouse, someone breaks in to kill him.

As an ambulance rushes to save Farid, the cops start investigating the crime and charge the financial manager who is working with Dorra.

The cops officially accuse the financial manager after they find evidence implicating him. Shokry's wife files for divorce despite his father's death. Om Khadija suspects that Dorra was involved in the murder.

Khadija keeps dreaming of the murderer that her mother starts to suspect that she saw him. Shokry returns to the company and asks to talk to the employees whose allegiance belongs to Dorra.

Shokry discovers that his father married Reem two months before his death. Shokry's wife enlists his ex-wife's help to get a divorce. A terrified Reem hosts Lotfy who stays with her when he escapes a gang dealing in stolen cars.

Dersaf tries to get Shokry's secretary to file a harassment complaint against him. Shokry suspects that Hanan knows about the document that was in his father's bag. He asks his siblings to give him legal power to manage their property.

When the cops arrest a woman who works for Lotfy, Reem finds out and tells him. Lotfy tries to escape to Libya. Reem recounts how she got involved with Farid as an easy way to get rich. Dersaf enlists the help of Shokry's wife to get rid of him.

Reem decides to work in Tunisia as everyone starts to suspect her of being involved with Farid. Farid's wife tells her that she knows everything about him despite her illness and confinement in her house.

Reem informs the lawyer that she got an abortion at Farid's request and that he gave her the store and the apartment. She confesses that she was at the farm house the night of the murder.

Shokry negotiates the divorce terms with his wife. The investigation is halted. Shokry's sister becomes a drug addict.

Shokry discovers that his father had another wife, Qamar, who is pregnant and wants her son's inheritance. Hanya finds the documents that everyone thought were stolen. Shokry learns that Qamar has connections to some powerful people.

Reem gets in an accident and is transferred to the hospital. She gets arrested upon her release. Doat goes to the farmhouse to stay with Khadija. When she falls ill, Hanya takes her to the hospital but they get in an accident.

Both Doat and Hanya succumb to their injures. Manwar tries to implicate Khadija and Shokry in the accident. Shokry and Khadija agree to change her name so she could take the identity of his late sister Doat.

Shokry forbids Khadija from leaving the house alone. When Shokry asks to marry Khadija, she confesses that she is the one who pushed Farid down the stairs after he tried to rape her. Shokry is arrested while trying to escape with Khadija, who finds herself alone when she is released from prison.
