After her husband's death, Mayada grows to miss him as their children start practicing his hobbies. When Mayada gets a makeover, her children are shocked when she tells them she wants to wed. The doctor tells them to look after her since she is in still shock from losing her husband.

Nagah is shocked when she learns of Mayada's desire to wed, before she starts thinking about getting married as well. As Mayada's children set conditions for their future stepfather, they learn that she wants to wed Dr. Ziad.

The painter Rashid contacts Samira online and confesses that he admires her. Mayada tries to take care of herself as her children try to find people to alleviate their mother's sadness and make her happy.

After Mayada's children ask him to pretend to like her, Sallam is surprised by Mayada's weird behavior.

Samira asks Gihan to help with her mother's psychiatric treatment. Fedo is distressed by the cruel treatment of the dancer, Bar'a, who makes him do the chores.

Samira successfully releases Sallam from her mother's clutches. Samira tries to get her mother to forget about getting married, and Mayada grows depressed again. Bar'a tries to get Samer's attention.

As Mayada's condition worsens, she decides to expedite her search for a husband to mitigate her loneliness. Talar continues to get close to Rashid, who tries to get rid of her. Samir is upset that he was denied entrance to the boxing club after his defeat.

Mayada's children are annoyed by Abu Shakfa and their mother's wish to launch a new project, a cattle farm, under his management. Bar'a continues to try and get close to Samer in order to open her production company.

As Mayada's children decide to drive Abu Shakfa off, Mayada insists on having him stay despite his weird behavior, which is born from his job as a butcher. Samir intervenes and wrestles Abu Shakfa.

Samira gets closer to Rashid. Mayada brings Coach Abdel Jabar to help Samir with his boxing after the latter grows despondent.

Mayada decides to open a club to get close to Coach Abdel Jabar. She uses Samir's training as an excuse, but her children get in her way.

Samer decides to open his own project, but he has to contend with his mother's refusal. With Abdel Jabar's help, Samir wins his game.

Mayada breaks down after Abdel Jabar breaks her heart. As her children start to worry, Dr. Ziad visits her, which seems to make her better.

As Shukria and her father visit Samar, Shukria tries to get close to Samir, who loses his temper with her since he is in love with Sandy.

Mayada forces Samir to treat Shukria politely and apologize to her. She also invites Shukria and father over in order for her to get close to the latter. Samar decides to apply for a job on the radio.

Mayada tries to give up the idea of marriage. As she shares her decision with Samar, she soon reconsiders when a police officer, Ra'ed, moves into their building.

Mayada and her children are shocked when Ra'ed robs them. It's revealed that Ra'ed is a swindler. When Samira helps Abd in cleaning the building, her brother quarrels with her for hosting Abd in the house when no one else was there.

Samir rebukes Samira for hosting Abd in their absence. As Samira's art teacher, Mr. Nawar, arrives in the house, Mayada grows attached to him.

Rashid asks Samira to come to his house to learn drawing, but she refuses to. Nawar rejects Mayada's advances and her wish to wed him, and asks her to be friends.

Mayada enlists the help of a charlatan, Shahrabaz, to help her find a life partner. Shahrabaz ends up robbing Mayada.

In order to blackmail him, Bar'a drugs Samer and claims that he slept with her. In Samer's absence, Mayada asks Det. Nemr to help them.

As Samer finally comes home, his friends from the political party are quick to visit him. Nada grows close to Samir.

Samira gets close to Nadim as Nada also grows close to Samir. Bar'a lies to Samer and claims to be pregnant to extort him.

It's revealed that Mayada had designs on Nada and Nadim's father, Nader, until she learned that he was already married.

When Mayada runs Zaky over by accident, she decides to compensate him and host him in her house. When Zaky learns that Mayada's financial situation has improved, he decides to wed her. However, his wife exposes him in front of Mayada and reveals that he is a con man.

Rashid decides to visit Samira and her family after he gets the address. Mayada's family participates in a competition for the model family, but they end up losing.

Samir's wish to wed Sandy is met by opposition from his mother. Rashid proposes to Samira, and her family approves.

As Samir decides to wed Sandy, he pressures his mother to agree to their marriage. Mayada introduces her children to her friend, Tamim.

Tamim helps Mayada's children to solve their problems. Samira and Rashid get engaged.

Samir and Sandy get engaged. Despite her children's opposition, Mayada prepares to wed Tamim. However, she soon changes her mind and cancels the wedding so that she wouldn't lose her children.
