As Nabil grows worried about his upcoming amputation, Yassin, whose foot was amputated a while back, stands by his side.

Nabil's mother stands by her son's side during the amputation, while Kahramana stands by her son Marwan's side in the wake of an accident that left him in a coma.

Nabil's operation is successful. Yusuf feels that his friends have grown distant with him because of his illness.

Yusuf's condition gets worse and doctors intervene. Nabil gets closer to Mariam who is upset by her sister Zeina's ways.

Yassin brings together the Red Band Society: Mariam, Yassin, Tammam, Yusuf, Nabil, and Marwan. Salma tells Yassin that his tumor is back and that he must resume his treatment.

The Red Band Society decides to change the colors of the hospital walls. Mariam tries to persuade Yassin to undergo treatment.

Dr. Hossam discovers the Red Band Society's plan. Yassin agrees to be treated.

Nabil is jealous that Mariam is close to Yassin. The Doctor tells Karawana that Marwan should be brought home because his condition is hopeless.

Tamam tells Mariam about his father's cruelty to him. Yusuf's stepmother tries to help him out in his crisis.

Said is saddened to learn that he has Alzheimer's. Mariam is upset when another patient stays in her room.

Said decides to train Yassin and his friends to play tennis. Mariam adjusts to her new friend Karima.

A new patient, Omar, arrives at the hospital and tells Tamam that he can see the future. The Red Band Society fights with the young people at the hospital, and Hossam gets angry.

Yassin asks Said to help him beat the other team and he does with help from his friends.

Yassin helps Nabil with his exams. Nabil is upset when he learns that his parents got separated.

Mariam tries to make Nabil feel better after his parents' separation.

Yusuf's friends stand by him during his operation, and members of the Red band Society try to throw Yassin a birthday party.

Yassin is happy with his birthday party, while Yusuf's condition deteriorates during surgery.

Yusuf's friends and family break down after he dies. Dr. Hossam suffers because children have died in the past due to neglect and lack of resources.

Members of the Red Band Society are saddened by Yusuf's death and Nabil's withdrawal from the team after his recovery, but they try to get through it.

Marwan's condition starts to improve and his mother is delighted. Tamam is taken from his grandfather's custody.

Marwan's tumor returns and the doctors decide to perform a tumor resection. Yassin starts falling for Mariam.

Tamam tries to donate his kidney to Omar, but Salma tells him he is not a match.

Mariam leaves the hospital after getting better. Said's condition deteriorates.

The members of the Red Band Society participate in a play. Dr. Hossam's health worsens. Nabil tells Mariam that he likes her but she doesn't feel the same.

Yassin is sad because his friends are ready to leave the hospital. Marwan wakes up from his coma, and his friends and mother rejoice.

Yassin is lonely after his friends are discharged from the hospital. Yassin is happy that he got an artificial limb.

Mariam feels alienated from staying away from her friends. Tamam decides to volunteer in the hospital to support the patients.

Said's condition gets worse and he tells Yassin about how cruel his father was after his mother died. Nabil decides to go to Cairo.

Yassin is terrified of losing Said. Said tells Yassin that he was angry with his father and left his house and siblings.

Said tells Yassin that he stole his father's ring and asks him to return it to his brother Shawky. Yassin decides to quit the Red Band Society but changes his mind.
