When Safiya gives birth, her mother takes the baby and hides him as they have previously agreed. A homeless man finds the baby and takes him to Zahrawy's house. As Abdel Moaty discovers that his daughter was pregnant, he becomes hellbent on taking revenge on her, but the doctor hides Safiya.

As Safiya starts working as a nanny, the nurse visits her and helps her look for her baby. Tohamy searches for Zahrawy. The homeless man takes the baby back to Zahrawy's house after being unable to find shelter.

Tohamy causes Zahrawy to pass away when he meets him. Qassem gets arrested. Safiya discovers that her employer takes monetary aid from various associations but doesn't spend it on the children in his care. Safiya's father gets paralyzed. Jama meets the nurse, Khadija, to figure out where his sister is.

As Tohamy takes the baby to an orphanage, he is shocked to find Safiya there. Safiya informs him that she started working at the orphanage after he abandoned her while pregnant. As the children get divided among various orphanages, Safiya's son gets lost, but Tohamy promises her to find him.
