An unfavorable weather forecast prompts Rio and Mike to find a different way around managing their soil. As Rio tries to socialize with the new neighbors, she accidentally gives a boost to her relationship with Mike.

Rio learns that Constance has feelings for Rudy. Meanwhile, Mike tries to keep up with the Coffee Boys in order to get rid of the unpleasant nickname he previously got.

Rio has a hard time adjusting to her new Nebraska life, a struggle that manifests in the form of awkward encounters. Mike and Rio try to get Rudy and Beau to confess their feelings openly.

Mike and Rio think of ways to earn money to get a new water heater; Mike suggests selling their eggs to farmers, while Rio tries to find more locals who need therapy.
