Someone records Taline and Mohanad's plot to kill her husband, Amer, by poisoning his drink. Amer's partner, Bahaa, plots with the hacker Samer to kill Amer. Amer leaves the house after he receives an anonymous phone call. When he disappears, Taline reports it to the police.

Detective Gad is assigned to investigate Amer's disappearance. As Taline and Mohanad try to figure out what happened, Taline reflects on how Amer forced her to marry him. Amer's sister accuses Taline of killing him.

Gad questions Hend, Taline, and Mohanad. Taline kicks Hend out of her house. Bahaa tries to contact the people he hired to kill Abed. Taline visits Hend and threatens her with a secret that Mohanad told her.

Gad is suspicious of Mohanad and Taline's relationship. After he withdraws all the money from their accounts, Mohanad asks Taline to leave the country with him because he fears that she will be locked up based on Hend's accusations. Hend takes back her accusation of Taline.

Taline and Mohanad's escape plan gets canceled. It's revealed that Mohanad's secretary, Rama, is Gad's cousin. Gad finds a mysterious powder in Mohanad's house and sends it to the lab. The powder turns out to be cocaine.

Gad decides to focus on trying to figure out Hend's secrets. Mohanad poisons a cat in Taline's house to check the potency of the poison. Gad arrives at Taline's house after he sees Mohanad and Taline together.

Gad is shocked to learn of his aunt's illness and goes to help Rama, who is also his fiancée. Bahaa and Mohanad quarrel with the lawyer Burhan. Gad discovers that Amer's car didn't depart from the villa alongside his guards' cars.

Burhan steals a waiver contract that Bahaa wants to put his hands on. Taline remembers how Amer threatened to have her father imprisoned to force her to marry him. Gad discovers more secrets about Hend. Rama breaks off her engagement with Gad.

Taline remembers her father's death. It's revealed that Amer forced Ziad to divorce his sister. Bahaa is angry that Mohanad has been put in charge of Amer's business. Gad is unable to identify the person who called Amer before his disappearance.

As Bahaa and Mohanad clash, Gad arrives at the company to tell them that Amer's phone has no record of a phone call. Bahaa tells Gad that Amer knew that Taline was cheating on him. Taline tries to seduce Gad.

Rama grows angry when she sees Gad with Taline and accuses him of playing with her feelings. Gad grows suspicious of Bahaa. Bahaa continues to look for the waiver contract and gets angry when he sees Samer at the company.

Hend remembers how her husband Ziad disappeared after Amer threatened him. Bahaa cannot find the waiver contract in Amer's office. Mohanad decides to manipulate Rama. Taline is surprised when the police arrive with a search warrant for her neighbor Sonya's place.

During the search, Gad finds Amer's glasses and some blood in the garage and sends both to the forensics lab. He discovers that the kidnappers rented Sonya's place and kept Amer there for a while before moving him elsewhere.

Taline is attracted to Gad who decides to gather information about her sister. Burhan advises Mohanad to feign submission in front of Bahaa. As Gad and Rama reconcile, Rama's friend advises her to be aware of Mohanad.

Mohanad finds out about Gad and Rama's relationship. Rama discovers the messages that Gad and Taline exchanged. Gad learns about the circumstances of Amer and Taline's marriage after he questions Darine. Bahaa agrees with Samer to steal the contract from Burhan's office.

When the lab confirms that the blood is Amer's, Taline breaks down and Gad hugs her to comfort her. Mohanad sees them and decides to take revenge on Gad by seducing Rama. Dalia tells Susan that a young woman visited Amer and her husband's office.

Taline informs Gad that Amer was sterile. Mohanad incites Rama against Gad before he drugs her and takes pictures of the two of them in a compromising position. As Gad puts his land for sale to treat his aunt, Mohanad gives Rama money to treat her mother.

Gad discovers that Rama already has money after she refuses his money. Taline informs Mohanad that she is playing Gad. Samer tries to duplicate the key to Burhan's office. Gad discovers that Bana is the one who called Amer before his disappearance.

Gad puts Bana under surveillance. Mohanad doesn't believe Taline's claims that she is getting close to Gad to protect them. The police arrest Taline's maid, Khawla.

Gad discovers that there was a motorcycle outside the villa on the day of the crime. Mohanad is shocked when Bahaa and the other managers carry out a no-confidence motion against him. Gad tries to find Bahaa's daughter Mirna.

Gad reaches Mirna as her friend tries to rape her. As he takes her home, he meets Samer. Mohanad takes his drug supplier, Rabie, home.

Taline tells Mohanad that Khawla knows about them. Rama refuses to believe that Gad isn't having an affair with Taline. Mohanad discovers that Rabie bought the poison from Aslan Wahba, who is Amer's friend.

Mohanad locks Rabie up to avoid exposure and decides to kill Khawla. Gad tries to get information on Bahaa through Mirna. Darine tells Taline that Gad is suspicious of her. Gad orders Bahaa to take him to the company.

Gad is unable to find incrimination evidence against Bahaa. When he questions Dalia, he learns that Bahaa fought with her after a contract went missing. Taline tells Mohanad that Bahaa wants to buy Amer's share in the company. Gubran tells Sag'an about Samer and Bahaa's plans.

Mohanad confirms that Aslan knew who was buying the poison. Taline asks to meet with the board, which angers Bahaa. Gad discovers that Amer is friends with the drug dealer, Aslan.

The board members vote to put Taline in charge. Burhan asks to meet Bahaa. Mohanad mulls over the possibility that Aslan warned Amer about his scheme. Gad discovers that the driver of the motorcycle was a woman.

Rama reconciles with Gad. Burhan reveals that he has the waiver contract that proves that Amer gave the company to Bahaa. Samer hacks Burhan's computer and strikes a bargain with him: the contract in exchange for his files.

Bana tells his sweetheart Zain that she is illegitimate. Mohanad asks Taline to find out where Aslan is being held so that he could kill him. Taline tells Gad that Bahaa wants to seize the company. Burhan's men recover his files from Samer.

Taline confesses her love for Gad and tells him that she hates Mohanad. Mohanad suspects that Taline has betrayed him. As Taline remembers Amer's confession that he was a criminal and a murderer before he wed her, she has a nightmare that Amer has returned.

As Mohanad confronts Taline, they receive a record of their conversation on the night of the party. Bahaa discovers that Burhan's men beat Samer and took the files. Mirna tells Gad that her mother used to be in a relationship with Amer.

Taline tries to identify the blackmailer by going over the party guest list. Gad sees the imprint of motorcycles tires in Hend's gallery. Taline asks Bahaa to get Samer to help her with an internet stalker.

Gad discovers Susan's hatred of Amer. Mohanad's girlfriend, Hadeel, quarrels with him for giving Rama money. Mohanad grows angry that Taline hasn't located Aslan yet. Samer quarrels with Bahaa.

Gad prepares to interrogate Aslan. Bahaa discovers what it is the blackmailer has on Taline and asks Samer to delete the fake account. Susan accuses Hend of telling Gad about her past relationship with Amer.

Bahaa quarrels with Susan after he discovers that she is Taline's blackmailer. Susan recalls that Amer refused to believe that Taline was cheating on him with Mohanad. It's revealed that Ziad is in touch with Hend and that they have mysterious deals together.

Gad tells Taline that he set a date for his wedding to Rama. Hadeel brings Rama over and she breaks off the engagement after a fight with Gad and Taline. Bana tells Zain that she is Amer's illegitimate daughter.

Rama breaks down when her mother dies. Gad turns the table on Bahaa after he tries to blackmail Taline using her picture with Mohanad. Gad warns Taline against manipulating him. Taline lies to Gad about her purchase of an apartment for her sister in Mohanad's building.

Zain visits Burhan and asks to meet Amer. Mohanad orders Radwan to kill Aslan during a prison transfer. Rama accuses Gad of causing her mother's death. Hend asks Ziad to hide in her apartment until Amer's body is found.

Bahaa tells Susan that he met Bana who claims to be Amer's daughter. Gad discovers that Hend is obsessed with motorcycles. After Taline informs Mohanad of the time of Aslan's transfer, she discovers that Gad is escorting Aslan and warns him about the assassination attempt.

Bahaa reveals to Susan that he is the one who had Bana draw Amer out of the villa on the night of the party. Mohanad refuses to cancel the assassination. When Mohanad's men attack the police patrol, an unidentified officer dies in the shootout and Aslan survives.

Mohanad suspects that Taline is the one who tipped off the police. Taline vows to kill Mohanad if Gad turns out to be the dead officer. Samer blackmails Bahaa using scandalous pictures of Mirna. Gad expresses his hatred of Taline due to his colleague's death. Taline confesses her love for Gad.

Gad arrests Taline and fights with Mohsen when the latter reveals that he knows of Gad's feelings for her. Major Ma'en questions Mohsen about Gad and Taline's relationship.

Susan grows suspicious of the secrets Bahaa and Samer are keeping. Ma'en learns that Gad visits Taline's cell. Gad calls Darine from an unknown number and asks her to call Burhan, who tries to find out what is happening from Mohanad. Zain tells Bana that Amer tasked him with watching her.

Gad learns about Bana and Zain. Bana runs away from Zain after she learns the truth. Gad orders Taline to have Darine hide her gun. Ma'en gets a search warrant for Amer's house.

Ma'en is taken off the case after he badmouths Taline in front of the press. Amer calls Brigadier Fayez and order him to release his wife. Bahaa tries to have Taline fired from the company and buy her share behind her back.

When Taline is released, she and Mohanad think that Burhan is the one who had her released. Gad interrogates Aslan. Susan learns about her husband's ties to the mafia and how he is responsible for Amer's disappearance. Bana visits Hend.

Gad questions Taline about the perpetrator of the attack on the police patrol. When the news about Amer's paternity of Bana spreads, it's revealed that Amer's medical report was fake. Taline is shocked to learn that she was dismissed from the company.

When Burhan foils Bahaa's scheme, Bahaa reveals his former deal with Burhan. Gad discovers that Bahaa is in contact with Bana and that she called Amer on the night he disappeared. Amer questions Zain. Susan accuses Darine of killing Amer with Taline's help.

Taline fires Khawla when she discovers that Amer had Khawla monitor her. Mohanad has trouble with Radwan. Hend wonders why Ziad refuses to tell her about the contents of a box that he had her move. Amer threatens to kill his kidnapper.

Taline comes clean to Gad. Mohanad tells Rama about his relationship with Taline and their agreement to kill Amer. Aslan tells Gad that Amer killed the family of officer Marwan to take revenge on the latter for killing his brother. Gad learns that Aslan told Amer that Mohanad bought poison.

Gad discovers that Amer knew of Mohanad's intent to kill him. When Gad arrests Mohanad, he is shocked that Rama is defending him.

Gad tells Taline that Hend was in the villa on the night of the party. Gad confronts Mohanad with Aslan's confession that he purchased poison from him.

Mohanad threatens to release the video of him and Rama if Gad fails to release him. Hend takes Bana to Taline's house and threatens to use her to seize Amer's fortune. Samer threatens to expose Bahaa if he refuses to wed him Mirna.

Taline panics after Gad is forced to release Mohanad. Taline gives Ziad the checks Amer kept against him in exchange for telling her where Hend's motorcycle is.

Gad arrests Hend and puts Ziad under surveillance. Bahaa plots to get rid of Samer before he weds Mirna. As Rama tries to get close to Mohanad to take revenge on Gad, she films Mohanad's meeting with Rabie. Taline and Burhan have a fight.

Gad gathers evidence on Amer's past crimes. As he gets a court order to shut down the company, Taline gets angry. Taline quarrels with Ziad when he demands a share of Amer's inheritance as Hend's husband.

Gad saves Bana when Ziad tries to rape her. Rama records Mohanad's confession of drugging her. It's revealed that Gad and Amer have met.

Amer is grateful that Gad saved Bana and reveals that he knows about his relationship with Taline. Mohanad plans to escape and kidnap Taline with Bahaa's help. Bahaa and Susan find Mirna beside Samer's body.

Mohanad kidnaps Taline and sends his assistant to kill Gad. Gad tries to find the original copies of the files that Samer stole from Burhan and interrogates Bahaa's family.

Amer manages to escape and gets the police to release Hend. Gad tries to find Mohanad and Taline. Amer asks Bana to forgive him.

As Amer shoots Mohanad and Taline, Gad reveals to Taline that Amer killed his parents and that Khawla is his sister. When Taline discovers that Gad and Khawla are the ones who kidnapped Amer, she decides to leave the country and end her relationship with Gad.
