With the doom that has eradicated worlds and the emergence of new worlds, new battles and new threats are fought out, with the Paragons being the only group that remembers the Crisis. Sarah Lance futilely tries to find Oliver, while shadow demons appear and attack the Paragons.
The Legends gain wide popularity after Hey World and become public heroes, encouraging Ava Sharpe to film a documentary about them. Meanwhile, a timequake takes the Legends to 1917 Russia where they try to convince Rasputin to kill his murderer. Trouble ensues as the Legends try to save worlds.
As the Legends make it to 1947, they witness the revival of the American mobster Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel, who is hellbent on taking revenge on his killer, using bullets that pierce through body and soul, and hoping to become an information broker.
As Ray puts forth an assumption that Encores (revived individuals) can be saved by going back in time and reforming them, the Legends test the hypothesis to save the serial killer Freddy Meyers who is intent on finishing unfinished business.
When Sara leaves on business, she leaves Ava in charge of the Legends, a chance that Ava takes to impress them. Meanwhile, the emergence of a new Encore sends the Legends into an investigation in 1793 France, where the Encore is no one but Marie Antoinette, back to life with a deadly perfume.
The Legends have to deal with two threats: an internal threat as Constantine is diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and an external threat where they have to battle the Encore Genghis Khan who plans on forming a new empire.
As Ray plans for a romantic dinner for himself and Nora at Constantine's house, Nora's father, Damien Darhk, is encored, threatening the whole night. Nora's attempt to save the day is thwarted and the night goes awry.
As the Legends go back to the 16th century to retrieve a piece of the Loom of Fate, they meet the famed William Shakespeare himself and try to persuade him to make changes to Romeo and Juliet. Simultaneously, Ray and Nora have shocking news for the team.
When Sara, Constantine, and Charlie are transferred to British Columbia to retrieve another piece for the Loom of Fate, Sara is attacked by Atropos. Meanwhile, as Zari's past memories seep into her present, she embarks on a mediative journey where she encounters and converses with her past self.
Charlie reveals that the last Loom fragment was given to Enchantress who made it impossible to find. Constantine tries to unite the team's powers to summon it. Failing to retrieve it, Constantine and Zari go back in time and disguise themselves as Jack the Ripper and Cleopatra to find the fragment.
The ship loses power as Charlie fails to resurrect Behrad using the Loom of Fate. Sara wakes up from the coma and realizes she has acquired the ability to predict near-future events through her touch. The team accuses Junior of sealing the fragments and sabotaging the Waverider.
The team goes back to Hudson University and participate in a competition held by the Greek god Dionysus, and they form a sorority to win the cup, an ancient artifact. But the competition proves to be anything but easy.
Gary tries to keep the Loom fragments away from the Fates. Atropos kills Astra for betraying the Fates. Meanwhile, when the Legends try to get a time courier, Atropos punishes them by creating a zombie apocalypse that threatens England wholly.
In an attempt to protect the Legends from her sisters, Charlie crafts different algorithms, creating various television shows for the Legends to live safely in.
When Sara kills Atropos by throwing her into the Loom of Fate, Sara loses her newly-acquired abilities but regains her sight. It is discovered that Charlie is locked in a smartwatch app. The Legends free her and convince her to join them in their battle against the last encores at the museum.
