Hosni lives with his wife Yasmine, their daughter Aya, and his brother, the boxer Murad, who decides to travel illegally by boat, but the matter fails.

Hosni and Murad are released from the police station after their arrest. Miqdad and Hosni go to the airport to receive their mother, while some young people are still looking for other ways of illegal immigration.

Nasro invites his friend to eat at his house in the hope that he'll like his daughter and marry her. A worker asks Hosni to give him his salary, despite the confiscation of Hosni's goods by the police. Hosni goes to the beach and meets some young men who intend to immigrate illegally.

Everyone celebrates Nabiya's return from Umrah, and she distributes gifts to the neighbors, while Jamila quarrels with her husband because he wants their daughter to marry Gilani, who's older than him.

Nabiya asks Hosni to sell her jewelry and pay off his debts, but he refuses, while his wife quarrels with him because he doesn't care about her or the house. Nabiya tries to prevent Nasro from marrying off his daughter to Gilani.

Murad quarrels with the police when they take his goods, and he fails to participate in the boxing competition because he is dark-skinned, so he decides to travel illegally, but when Hosni prevents him, he sets himself on fire.

Murad dies by fire, and all his friends grieve for him, especially Hosni and Ezzahi. As for his mother, she feels oppressed. After a funeral is held for Murad, Ezzahi goes to take revenge on the one who caused his death.

After Murad dies, a grand funeral is held for him. Meanwhile, Ammar is released from prison, which upsets his son Elias.

After the doctor tells Hosni that Aya has cancer, he pleads with Sarah to get back together with him. Meanwhile, Nasro falls in love with a girl who's younger than him.

Nasro goes to Sheikh Mabrouk, the fortune teller, in order to get all of his problems fixed, after which Jamila turns to him. Clay tries to comfort Hosni due to his daughter's illness, while Yasmine breaks down when she learns.

The young men attempt to emigrate illegally by boat. Nabiya goes to the fortune-teller to help her, while Hosni collects money for his daughter's surgery.

Ezzahi, Hosni, and Clay meet at Raya's engagement party, while Nabiya is sad about Murad's death and refuses to celebrate. As Aya's condition worsens, Hosni calls the doctor to come to the house.

As Hosni finds drugs at sea, he and his friend Clay become overjoyed, while Nabiya quarrels with Nasro over his deviance and his going to the nightclub every night. Elias asks for El Ghalia's hand in marriage, but her mother refuses.

Muhammad cries in grief over the marriage of his beloved Lydia under the pressure of her father, while Nasro meets Uncle Saleh, who advises him to stay away from fooling around and staying out late, to take care of his wife, and to leave the singer Numidia.

Hosni transports illegal immigrants to earn money for his daughter's treatment, and the police look for him. Hawariya searches for her dead son, Murad. As for Sarah, her mother refuses to let her marry Clay because he is dark-skinned.

Hosni tells Nabiya that his daughter has cancer, after which he tells the officer that he had to work illegally, so the officer asks him about the reason that forced him to do so.

Hosni quarrels with Nasro over his immoral behavior and his going to the nightclub. As for Clay, he secretly meets Enas, and they have a conversation.

Clay marries Enas. Sarah is shocked that Aya's hair has fallen out and feels very sad for her daughter.

Nabiya thinks that Miqdad got married again, while Hosni gathers the young men in the boat. Jamila discovers that Nasro is in a relationship with another woman, which makes her very sad.

The boat skippered by Hosni sinks, causing all the passengers to drown. Miqdad and Nabiya advise Jamila to take care of herself so that Nasro does not leave her.

Nabiya beats Gilani's mother after Gilani hit her daughter. Hosni grieves over the young people who drowned and is filled with remorse.

As Gilani goes to bring Lydia back home, Nasro and Nabiya beat him for what he and his mother did to the girl, while Hosni cries because his daughter lost all her hair due to illness.

Hosni gets angry at the doctor for not preparing the operating room for his daughter. It turns out that Ezzahi did not drown in the sea. Hosni is betrayed by the journalist, who reveals that he was the skipper of the death boat.

Nasro confesses his love to Jamila, regrets his relationship with Numidia, and decides to confess to the police that he worked in illegal immigration. Dinga travels alone by boat and bids farewell to Algeria with tears in his eyes.
