A community called Winden is in an uproar over the recent vanishing of a small kid. Jonas comes out in 2019 from the cave into a new but not unfamiliar environment.

To alert her friends about the 2020 catastrophe, Martha returns to 1888. Both current and former inhabitants of Winden look for their missing dear ones.
