Saad discovers his partner and cousin Maryam has been tampering with the company books, and decides to look into it. Meanwhile, he meets his new neighbor who tells him that his wife cheated on him and took all his money.

Saad's brother Nasser tries to deceive him by looking over the company books himself to protect Maryam. Meanwhile, Saad begins suspecting his own wife after his friend's stories.

Saad is shocked to find a large sum of money withdrawn from his account. He tells his neighbor Essam about it and begins to suspect that his brother, his wife, and his cousin Maryam have something to do with it.

Essam tells Saad he has seen a man coming to his house to see his wife several times, and that it might be his brother Nasser. So, he begins to constantly watch Nada and Nasser.

Saad decides to take revenge against his brother and wife Nada. When he confronts her, she tells him that it is untrue and that nobody lives in the house next door. He's arrested and given a psychological evaluation which proves his delusions.

Saad is transferred to a mental hospital but keeps hallucinating Essam. Nada then finds a connection between Nasser and the doorman of the house next door so she suspects him.

Maryam steals the power of attorney documents from Saad's office. When he is released, he is then certain of his brother's plan to prove his insanity and take over his money.

Nasser tells Saad he now has power of attorney over his affairs because of Saad's condition, and exposes Maryam's tampering and attempts to take over the company. Meanwhile, Saad discovers his wife has been taking birth control pills behind his back.

Maryam tells Saad that Nasser was involved with Nada before she married him and that he set them up together. Saad threatens to kill his psychiatrist and warns him if he testifies against him in court.

After it's too late, Saad realizes he has been delusional, and that Essam doesn't exist but that everything was a figment of his imagination, even his wife's involvement with Nasser, who has always strived to protect him.
