When most of Muttalib’s sheep perish, and only 4 sheep are left, Hwaishel gloats over his misfortune. Muttalib’s wife asks Hwaishel to help him, but he refuses, stipulating that he succeed him as a leader, and Muttalib decides to get new sheep.

Inad's family wants to betroth him to Mashael, but he refuses. Muttalib goes to one of the elders, asking to obtain sheep; meanwhile, Hwaishel regrets what he has done with Muttalib and asks for his forgiveness.

Inad agrees to marry Hasnaa, whereas a big dispute arises between him and his older brother, after which he decides to hide at Ajaj’s. Muttalib gets angry when he learns that his sister Hasnaa got engaged without asking his opinion.

As Muttalib asks Hasnaa to come to live with him, Salma thinks of having her brother Hwaishel marry Hasnaa, even though she is engaged to Inad. Zaal discovers that Aida is the one who’s stealing from him.

Inad is angry that Hasnaa went to her brother's house, and feels that her family has reneged on their pledge to him. Hasnaa tries to find a way to communicate with Inad and looks for someone who knows him; meanwhile, Inad's family looks for another bride for him.

Hwaishel gets angry as Muttalib turns down his marriage proposal to Hasnaa, and puts him in an awkward situation in front of the guests. Zaal tries to find Inad.

Sheikh Zaal decides to back out of the betrothal after Inad disappears. Muttalib admits that Zaal was the one who sold him the sheep, and decides to return his sheep to him; meanwhile, Salma tries to drive a wedge between him and Hasnaa.

Hasnaa accuses her sister-in-law, Salma, of stealing her ring, whose loss grieves her, while Salma decides to continue sowing the seeds of discord between Muttalib and Hasnaa.

Assaf tries to drive a wedge between Zaal and Muttalib, whereupon the former is punished by expulsion from the tribe. As Muttalib finds the ring, he tries to find out the truth about it and what it represents for Hasnaa.

Muttalib finally agrees to Hasnaa's return to live with her mother. Inad arrives at the tribe of Sheikh Muttalib, whom he asks for work, and discovers that the engagement ring is in Muttalib’s possession.

When Hasnaa tells Zaal about Inad, he decides to look for him, but Hasnaa mistakenly thinks that Inad has been swept away by the current. Zaal and Inad are reunited when he comes to visit Muttalib, who agrees to Inad and Hasnaa’s marriage.
