Both the wife of Wadee El Atrash and the wife of Ghareed El Andaleeb give birth to their first child. From then on their rivalry starts, as each of the men forms a musical band; one calls his “Bu Tar” and the other “The Original Bu Tar”, and hires Elias as his agent.

Both Ghareed and Wadee are getting ready with their respective bands to travel to Egypt where they’ll perform in a concert, but as they board the plane, the flight attendant discovers that Umm Kulthum doesn’t have a passport.

A group of gunmen hijacks the plane carrying the two bands (Bu Tar and the Original Bu Tar), so Umm Kulthum takes advantage of the situation to gain fame and posts the news on social media.

The two bands are thrown in jail, and the arresting officer tells Ghareed that his wife misdescribed the band, by writing in the official papers ‘suicide band’ instead of ‘singing band’.

As the two bands get out of jail, they decide not to go through with their trip to Egypt. They talk to El Rayyes Metqal, the man who hired them, via Skype, and agree with him to have the wedding held at theirs, record a video and send it to him to show at the time of the ceremony.

Elias gets the bands a gig to perform at a prom, which Wadee and Ghareed manage to spoil with their respective bands, so the college director refuses to pay them. Later, they receive a phone call that tells them that Elias’s been kidnapped.

When Elias’s abductors demand a huge ransom, Ghareed and Wadee work out a plan to rescue him, according to which they raid the place with the bands’ members and set him free.

As Elias gets the two bands a gig to play at a foreign wedding, they start writing foreign songs for the ceremony.

As Abdel Qader’s son thinks of using Ghareed’s scandals to start a trend on YouTube, he asks him to present a show, so he thinks about presenting a cooking show, whereas everyone in the Bu Tar and Original Bu Tar bands, seeking fame, starts presenting a different show.

When both Ghareed and Wadee nominate themselves to head the Syndicate of Singers, a rivalry develops between the two, as they start drawing up plans for both the syndicate and their election programme, only to have Elias report them to the police.

Elias agrees with a health club manager to have the two bands work at the club's spa and massage facilities, while Umm Kulthum thinks that Ghareed is cheating on her there.

When Shadia tells her husband about a reception being held for one of her friends for giving birth to her first child, he thinks about having the two bands perform at birth receptions and baby showers.

When Shadia’s husband asks her to wash his clothes, she finds money in them, leading her to think that he is laundering money that way, while Ghareed thinks that Wadee is in cahoots with Shadia’s husband in a money laundering scheme.

Dokhi tells Wadee that Ghareed has founded the Bu Tar Institute of Folk Arts. As Ghareed begins to determine the positions of his band members at the institute, Wadee gets upset and decides to join the institute so that he knows what Ghareed is up to.

When Anoushka calls Elias to hire the two bands to perform at a party in her house, a paradox ensues, as they realize, upon starting to sing, that it is a divorce party not a wedding.

The management of the ‘Brothers’ Club asks Elias to arrange with the two bands to form the club's fans' association to support it in any match.

As Elias remembers when his wife Fairuz was pregnant with his son and their separation, he is surprised when she returns asking to see their son Dokhi, whereupon Ghareed and Wadee intercede to settle the matter.

Shadia suggests to Ghareed's wife to seek Sheikh Ziryab’s help to treat her from depression, whereas Elias tries to persuade the two bands to film quackery and witchery episodes, like Sheikh Ziryab, and post them on social media.

Ghareed proposes to Wadee to hold sessions of singing and convivial chitchat, upon which they ask Elias to get famous singers to perform in them, and to bring a director to shoot them.

As both Elias and Ghareed are kidnapped by masked men, who tell them to fight with them against another tribe in exchange money, Wadee and his brother try to save them.

Wadee and his brother are captured by the masked men upon trying to rescue Ghareed, all the while they've been followed by Umm Kulthum and Shadia who try to rescue them as well.

Dokhi asks his father Elias to help him get married, while both Ghareed and Wadee are surprised by their kids’ asking to get married too, so Elias agrees with a TV presenter to trick their children into thinking that Coronavirus, which is starting to spread, prevents people from getting married.

A group of workers accuses Elias of stealing their money after falsely claiming to be the district administrator. Kumar locks up Abdel Qader and Dokhi, who discover that Ghareed's betrayed them.

Shuail suggests to his father, Ghareed, to have the band sing in gyms, to help the gym goers get in shape through song.

When Ahlam asks Wadee to hold a memorial service for her late husband, he thinks about marrying Ahlam to Halim, and uses her wealth to convince him, whereas Elias is taken aback by his son Dokhi’s wish to travel to America to go to his uncle, President Biden.

As Ghareed tells his wife, Umm Kulthum, that the band's songs are either stolen or old, he starts thinking about writing poetry and songs, so Umm Kulthum asks her son Ruwaishid to become a famous poet like his grandfather.

Abdel Karim is traumatized when he learns that his mother was a dancer, whereupon he tries to find out the truth from his father, Abdel Qader, while Shadia tells Wassouf how cruel Ghareed was with his brother Abdel Qader when he married Abdel Karim’s mother.

Shadia tells Wassouf that she’s pregnant. Wadee finds out that Shadia’s aunt is Abdel Karim’s mother, the dancer, after which he plots with Ghareed to get rid of Elias and prank him.

Ghareed and Wadee decide to travel by bus, with their children only, to the inauguration of the Abdali Agricultural Association, whereupon Elias, in retaliation, changes the location of the road sign, causing Wassouf to lose the way, ending up in a minefield.

When Umm Kulthum informs the police that Ghareed and Wadee have entered a minefield by mistake, the police try to save them, while they recall everything that they’ve been through before.
