For them to find Paula Matos who has crucial data on CODEX, Mac and the team head to Zurich Grand Hotel, which is a secret hideaway resort for criminals, but as soon as their target changes, the whole team's lives are threatened and they are in over their heads.

In the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak, Mac, Bozer and Riley, who isolate themselves in Mac's house, suspect something wrong going at their neighbor's. A criminal attacks Mac, who discovers he is the same criminal who robbed the jewelry store, so the team works together to end the threat.

By using a rare snake venom, Mac has been trying to develop a cure for cancer with his college mate, Frankie. But as Mac leaves the lab, he returns to find the venom and Frankie missing, whereupon he discovers a disturbing fact about the venom.

As the Phoenix team gets suspicious of CODEX when Matty's former adviser falls ill with a strange illness, Russ and Bozer hunt down four CODEX members and are able to seize a flash memory, from which Russ discovers that CODEX is plotting something minacious.

Mac must perform a daring feat after the Phoenix team learns that CODEX is after two American soldiers conveying a hard drive that contains crucial data about the Department of Defense.

As Andrews is looking forward to being CODEX leader, he joins forces with Murdoc and they hold Desi and Riley captives, and attack Mac. Murdoc learns some serious secrets about the team, on which he blows the gaff.

As the team is summoned to investigate the disappearance of the Republic of Srpska's insurrectionist leader, they discover that an organization is making use of nanotechnology to monitor the demonstrators calling for freedom.

While Russ, Mac and Desi are called to safeguard an Indian princess at the royal wedding, they are shocked to learn who's threatening her. Mac and Riley are still struggling to get rid of the nanotech tracker cards inserted in their bodies.

The Phoenix team heads to Italy to prove that a mob boss is still alive. As soon as they find his car and try to use it to locate him, they are ambushed by a police force led by an officer affiliated with the mob boss, who tries to hinder their mission.

Mac, Desi and Bozer travel to attend the funeral of Bozer's aunt, Pamela, but things take an unexpected turn when Mac discovers something fishy about Pamela's death.

After they disappeared for a whole day, not remembering anything about what happened, Mac and Riley soon discover it had to do with the nanotech trackers inside their bodies, so they embark on a mission with the team in a final attempt to get rid of them.
