The film discusses gender-based violence against adolescent girls through a girl who gets a basic education certificate with a high mark and can study at the Model Institute. The daughter waits for her father to keep his word and get her a bicycle, but he does not, giving weak excuses that befit his status as a man in the community. He even rejected her Model Institute schooling.
