As Salma is released from prison after killing her husband, she remembers the pain she went through after her daughter's death. She is welcomed by Mohie, who helps her out, and confides in him that she has psychosis, urging him not to tell her sisters, who abandon her.

Salma reminisces about her life before prison and the birth of her daughter. Afterwards, she receives a letter from an unknown sender congratulating her on the not guilty verdict, and is anxious to know who it is.

While applying for her daughter's death certificate, Salma discovers that she is still alive. She also remembers her husband's car being stolen by a mob.

Salma goes to her mother-in-law after finding out her daughter is alive, and the woman tells her they did not register for a death certificate when the girl died and buried her in secret.

Salma's husband gets involved in the death of a patient after a failed kidney transplant, so the forensic pathologist, Salma, forges the forensic report to save her husband.

Salma tries to find her daughter's DNA tests at the archive of the forensics department she works at, and remembers she was a victim of organ trafficking which led to her imprisonment.

Salma is depressed because of betraying her oath, and tells her husband Selim to stay away from her. However, when she discovers she is pregnant, she tries to get him back.

A mob attacks Donia El Masry in her home and hits her on the head until she passes out. Meanwhile, Salma wins the rape case, and the court sentences the accused man and his daughter to death.

Selim tries to patch things up with his wife Salma when he finds out about her pregnancy and after she finds out about his infidelity. Meanwhile, Marwan winds up his hospital after discovering organ trafficking procedures taking place in it.

Marwan kills the employee who stole the documents that prove his involvement in organ trafficking and gives them to Salma, who discovers that her husband Selim is still involved in organ trafficking, upon which she divorces him and gives birth to her daughter after the divorce.

Salma feels that someone is watching her at the party. Nelly drugs Salma and takes nude photos of her with a man, after which she blackmails her by showing them to Selim. Meanwhile, Salma proves her innocence via a DNA test and finds her daughter at an orphanage.

The head of the forensic department discovers that Salma is involved in organ trafficking, and Salma's husband decides to take revenge after discovering that she cheated on him through Marwan. Consequently, Salma quits her job in forensics.

Salma tells her sister that her daughter is still alive and entrusts her with taking care of her if anything happens to Salma, who reports Marwan's hospital to the police. Salma's siblings find out about her psychosis, while she suffers from the side effects of the medication Selim slipped in her tea.

Marwan kidnaps Salma and threatens her with her daughter's life unless she hands over the documents that incriminate him. He also injects her with a substance that destroys the nervous system so that she can't call the police.

Salma cuts her hair and kills her husband, and it is declared self defense. Meanwhile, Marwan is arrested for the illegal work he does abroad after Salma reports him. Finally, Salma is reunited with her daughter and is cured of psychosis.

While driving in the wrong lane, Farida has an accident. She flashes back to her wedding, and it is revealed that she has been married before and got divorced.

Mohab doesn't show up for his wedding to Farida, who breaks down while being mocked by people around her. Meanwhile, her ex-husband Hady is upset to see her like that because he loves her and wants her back.

Farida is scammed by Mohab, and Hady asks his mother to help him run his business in Hurghada to stay away from Farida. It is revealed that Farida's mother and Hady's father had an affair in the past.

As Farida awakens from her coma, she remembers her mother's infidelity, which led to her father's death, and that Akram pressured her into marrying Hady to make up for their loss in the resort. Karma tells her that her father-in-law Mounir was the guy with whom her mother cheated, so she asks Hady for a divorce.

Farida is paralyzed due to a spinal cord injury after being in a coma for 3 years. She later learns that her mother died 3 weeks after she entered the hospital and that her share of the resort dropped after the bank foreclosed it.

Mohab is released from prison, and Hady's father offers him a job at his resort. Meanwhile, Karma testifies that Waly hacked into her and her fiancé's cellphones, so he gets arrested.

Farida attempts suicide once again, and Hady tries to save her from drowning. Lilian feels guilty towards Farida, while Hady decides to change his and Lilian's wedding venue to be out of the resort, since Farida is there.

Farida uses the metaverse device to enter a virtual reality where she has a loving family, unlike her real one. Akram suggests therapy to Farida, but she refuses.

Farida keeps accessing the virtual world of metaverse where Hady confesses his love to her. In real life, Farida tells the nurse to stop watching her, while Mohab breaks into Hady's father's company to find documents that incriminate him.

In Metaverse, Farida falls for Akram after he defends her mother in a fight. In reality, Mohab returns trying to make excuses to Farida for not showing up at their wedding. Farida meets Mohab again in Metaverse and they argue, and when Hady tries to save her, Mohab injures him and runs.

Farida wears the Metaverse glasses and sees Mohab apologizing for fighting with her, Farida then fights with Hady because his father caused her father to fall ill and his work was destroyed. Hady suggests that Farida try a treatment for paralysis. Meanwhile, Wael chases Karma.

Karam tells Farida to leave the resort for the sake of her mental health, but she refuses. Mounir and Lilian reschedule the shipment delivery after Mohab finds out about it. Hady scolds Lilian for mistreating Farida, while Sally is blackmailed by her ex-boyfriend.

Akram tells Farida to return to her work at the resort to keep herself busy after the accident. Hady's father, Mounir, agrees that the smuggled diamond shipment be transported by his yachts during his son's wedding to Lilian.

Farida hears the news of Mohab's murder, and Akram reveals the hacking of the tourism company's system. An enemy of Farida's steals her metaverse glasses to reprogram them. Akram tells Hady that his father works with yacht brokers and has caused Mohab's death.

Farida becomes addicted to the the metaverse and cannot tell reality from the virtual world. Lilian marries Hady, and Farida watches the wedding from her room at the resort.
