Abdullah works as a sound engineer in Maspero, and Shadia fails her first news investigation with the chief of detectives, because he arrested her sister, Fayza, for breaking the arm of her college classmate for harassing her friend Maryam.

Sameh drops the report after Najat posts what happened with Maryam on social media. Shadia is fired from Cairo Media because of Fayza’s case. As journalist Mazen hits Shadia with his car upon her leaving the station, he takes her to the hospital.

Shadia undergoes surgery and her condition improves, and Abdullah clashes with Feryal, the director of the station, and refuses the money she offers him.

Abdullah makes a mistake on the air out of exhaustion, leading to the exposure of the secrets of the guest of the program Ashjan, who is the mother of Sameh, who harassed Maryam, so Abdullah is referred for investigation, and he is suspended from work.

Abdullah helps Maryam by convincing her brother not to marry her off to his friend the thief because of what was posted about her. Mazen asks Adel to return Shadia to work with him at the station.

Mazen broadcasts what happened between Abdullah and Ashjan on a live program, and Shadia phones in and acquits Abdullah in front of everyone. Abdullah quarrels with Enas over her borrowing money from her sister Farida.

Enas and her daughters persuade Abdullah to rent the apartment that their neighbor George left to help them with their expenses. After they rent it, they discover that George's spirit haunts the apartment, so the tenant flees.

Abdullah and his family visit his mother and his sister Inaba, who loves her cousin Saber, but he cannot marry her because of his father Abbas' disagreements with Abdullah, who seized his land. It turns out that Abdullah is the one who fabricated that George's apartment is haunted.

George's daughter Lisa returns from America and settles in his apartment. Mazen visits Abdullah's house, and Enas is referred for investigation because she left the school's inspection committee and was preoccupied with Abdullah spending time with Lisa.

Mazen meets Abdullah and Shadia to persuade him to work with him in the station, but Abdullah tells him that he refuses to work there because Shadia was expelled from it. Fayza meets Sherif, the prosecutor of Qasr El Nil at the university.

Abdullah admits to Enas that he refused to work with Mazen because of Mazen's desire to get close to Shadia. Abdullah agrees to Ashraf's request to work in a studio outside Maspero.

Abdullah signs a contract with the new studio following his success with the singer Baroma, who had previously proposed to Maryam. Mazen agrees to marry Feryal, and Fayza asks Abdullah to pay attention to her, as he does with Shadia.

Mazen accidentally calls Feryal by Shadia's name while he's drunk. Farida meets Shadia to persuade her to get close to Mazen. Abdullah asks Shawqi to terminate his new studio contract after his discussion with Sheikh Zakaria.

Sherif goes to the university to meet Fayza, but he doesn't see her. When Shadia calls Mazen, Feryal tells her that she's his wife. Enas is suspended from work, and Abdullah is arrested for possession of drugs.

Abdullah is brought to the public prosecutor Sherif, who helps him prove his innocence after seeing Fayza with him. Mazen and Shadia receive a call from Shahanda Othman to meet with them at Talaat's request. Abbas learns of Saber and Inaba's relationship.

Abdullah tells Mazen that Shadia called him and Feryal told her that she's his wife, while Farida goes to see Mazen and doesn't meet him, so Adel offers Farida a job in public relations at the station. Mazen and Shadia go to meet Shahanda.

After Abbas tells Souad about Inaba's relationship with Saber, she falls unconscious and is taken to the hospital. Shadia gets a job at Gardenia TV. Abdullah arrives at the hospital to find that his mother has died, so he falls unconscious from the shock.

Lisa the cardiologist saves Souad whose condition is rare. The relationship between Karim, Talaat's son, and Najat is strengthened, and Saber asks Abdullah for Inaba's hand in marriage.

Souad returns to Abdullah's house and refuses Inaba's marriage to Saber. Maryam agrees to marry Baroma to boost her acting career. Mazen expresses to Adel his desire to leave Feryal and work with Shahanda, and Sherif proposes to Fayza.

Lisa hosts Inaba at her home, and Fatima, Toha's daughter, asks for Abdullah's help because of her husband's beating of her. Fayza tells Sherif that she doesn't want to get married. Mazen tells Feryal of his desire to quit working with her.

Abdullah is arrested on charges of murder, after he goes to Fatima's husband, Fathi, and finds him murdered. Sherif goes to Abdullah's house and discovers that he has been arrested, so he goes to see him at the police station, while Abdullah meets a person called Ramadan.

As Feryal tells Mazen that Shadia has started working at Gardenia, she breaks the contract with Mazen and waives the penalty clause. Sherif helps prove Abdullah's innocence, and Farida begins working in the station's public relations with Adel.

Farida refuses to lend Enas money for Abdullah's bail, and Abdullah is released when Shaheen confesses to killing Fathi. Shawqi defends Shaheen at Abdullah's request. Abdullah asks Shawqi to investigate Ramadan.

Abdullah returns home and meets his old friend Montaser, who offers him a job as a sound engineer in the series with him, while Sherif's father refuses his marriage to Fayza.

Feryal blackmails Mazen with his past so that he would not quit working with her. Abdullah confesses to Shawqi that Shadia is not his daughter and that he had forged her birth papers with Ramadan. Sherif asks Abdullah for Fayza's hand, but Abdullah refuses his request.

Sherif persuades Abdullah, who agrees to his marriage to Fayza. Feryal quarrels with Shahanda for trying to take Mazen to work with her. Abdullah tells his family that he will start working as a sound engineer in the Fares Allam series.

The investigation with Enas ends and she receives the decision to return to school. Lisa refuses to marry Shawqi, and Abdullah starts working on the series, but the director quarrels with him for his lack of work experience in series.

It turns out that Mazen's father disowned him, and his mother died of her grief, and he was raised in an orphanage. Abdullah excels in his work in the series, while Maryam gets engaged to Baroma in return for giving her a part in the series in which Abdullah works.

Shadia discovers that she was hired at Gardenia because of Mazen, and it turns out that Azza is pregnant by Fares Allam, the actor. Fayza has suspicions about Sherif's father's refusal of their marriage, and the latter tells Ramy that he will force Abdullah to reject Fayza's marriage to Sherif.

Ramy and Karma persuade Sherif's father to go to meet Abdullah to ask for Fayza's hand in marriage. Talaat asks Ashjan to find out the girl Karim is seeing to in order to get rid of her. Shadia thanks Mazen for helping her work in Gardenia.

Enas returns to her job at school, and she fires Shaima because of what she is posting online. Ramadan lets Sokka work as a janitor at the school that Enas heads, and Adel asks to marry Farida.

Counselor Muhammad gets Fayza engaged to Sherif, and Sokka refuses to help Ramadan in his plot against Abdullah and his family, while Shadia sends an important message with Farida to Mazen.

Mazen broadcasts the video that Shadia sent him, proving Dr. Ghassan's conviction of trading in human organs. It's revealed that Abbas threatened Abdullah with Shadia's real birth certificate, and Farida tells Mazen that Shadia loves him.

Abdullah discovers a contract to transfer ownership of the land from Abbas to his father, as well as Azza's pregnancy by Fares. Shaima steals a video of Najat and threatens to post it on social media, while Azza collapses after Fares excludes her from the series.

Talaat decides to take revenge on Abdullah because of Najat's relationship with Karim. Maryam gets the role of Azza in Fares' series, and Shahanda dedicates a special program to Shadia at the station.

Azza tells Safaa of her pregnancy by Fares, and Ramadan asks Abdullah for a sum of money in exchange for hiding Shadia's secret. Sokka offers Enas her help to get rid of Ramadan after Shadia revealed the truth about Ghassan's killing of her daughter.

Saber steals Shadia's birth certificate from Abbas and hands it over to Nousa, while Talaat's men kidnap Ramadan, and he takes Shadia's birth certificate from him in exchange for a large sum of money.

Abdullah tells Montaser of Azza's relationship with Fares. Najat tells Youssef that Shaima stole a video of her. Feryal excludes Abdullah from the series after discovering that he's a sound engineer, and Abdullah stops Azza from aborting her fetus.

Abdullah's mother agrees to Inaba's marriage to Saber, and Sokka kills Ramadan after discovering that he was the one who kidnapped her daughter and sold her to Ghassan. Karim agrees to pay Shaima money in exchange for Najat's video.

As Fares refuses to acknowledge Azza's son, Abdullah quarrels with him. Sokka is sent to the Public Prosecution Office, while Talaat gives Shadia's birth certificate to Ashjan.

Youssef steals Shaima's phone, and she gets into a car accident and confesses to Enas what she had done to Noujah, whose video is destroyed. Shadia obtains a permit to see Sokka, and Maryam breaks off her engagement to Baroma.

Talaat, Ashjan and Feryal attack Abdullah to obtain Azza's recording in exchange for Shadia's birth certificate. Mazen gets into a car accident and is taken to the hospital.

Sokka refuses to implicate Abdullah in the murder of Ramadan. Azza files a parentage case after Abdullah hands over the recording proving Fares' parentage of the child. Feryal posts Shadia's birth certificate on Mazen's page. Ashjan files a complaint against Abdullah for forgery and the killing of Ramadan.

Abbas becomes paralyzed after seeing the land sale contract for Abdullah and his mother. Mazen reveals to the public that he was brought up in an orphanage and that Feryal was the one who plotted against Shadia. Mazen confesses his love to Shadia.

A decision is issued to stop the broadcast of Feryal's station and to interrogate her, while Abdullah and Enas are interrogated on charges of forgery, and they are sentenced to one year of imprisonment with a suspended sentence. Inaba marries Saber, and Shawqi marries Lisa.
