Dr. Ali treats his friend Adnan for memory loss, and asks his father and his wife Sharifa to help him, so Sharifa tells Adnan about how they meet at the university.

Sharifa reminds Adnan of their marriage, and Ali tries to convince the hospital director Khaled to offer a discount on Adnan's treatment so that he can use this in marketing the hospital on social media.

Ali decides to change his treatment plan for Adnan due to the lack of facilities in the hospital, and tries to remind Adnan of when they studied together in the past. Abu Walid decides to appoint an employee in the kitchen to keep Ghanima away from Ehab.

Ali tries to remind Adnan of their time in athletics, and their problems with Farid and Bayoumi, and they recall Ali and Adnan's bond with Mona, the daughter of their teacher.

Abu Walid proposes to Ali to rent medical equipment for the hospital, and Sharifa tells Adnan about the problems of their previous married life, and his quarrel with a crew filming a series near his house, while Ehab thinks that Ghanima likes Chef Manaf.

Adnan remembers his fight with his father because the latter refused to let him become an actor, and Abu Adnan tries to patch things up between Ali and Mona after she asked for a divorce.

Sharifa tells Adnan that someone assaulted him at the time of filming, and that she saved him. Sharifa feels jealous when Adnan declares his love for Ghanima.

Abu Walid asks Ali to submit a medical report on Adnan's condition. Abu Adnan tries to remind his son of his mother and how she pampered him and took care of him until her illness and death. Ehab quarrels with Chef Manaf over Ghanima.

As Abu Walid asks Adnan to conduct an evaluation for the progress of his memory, he holds a meeting with the medical delegation to assess his condition. Mona fights with Ali, believing that there is a relationship between him and his colleague, Dr. Hind.

Ihab brings the singer Abul Mahdi to sing in the hospital, but Ali locks him in the room during the visit of the foreign delegation. Abu Walid is surprised when Adnan remembers his childhood and his studies with Ali.

Abu Adnan invites everyone to celebrate his son's recovery, Hind confesses to Ali her love for Khalifa, and Abu Walid tells Ghanima of his desire to marry her to settle down.

Abu Walid asks Ghanima to quickly decide on their marriage. Adnan thanks all those who helped him in his treatment. Ali asks Adnan to find out the stories he forgets so that the both of them wouldn't be found out.

Sharifa tells Adnan of their wedding day, and that she became attracted to him for his personality and kind heart. Ghanima tells Abu Walid of her fear of marrying him and being barren, so he divorces her. Ihab sets bugs in Abu Walid's office.

Ali informs Adnan that Abu Walid has cameras in his room in the hospital. Ghanima asks the latter for a percentage of the hospital's ownership as a condition for marrying him, while Mona quarrels with Ali for continuing his relationship with his colleague, Hind.

An explosion occurs in Ali and Mona's house, and they are taken to the hospital. Ali stays in Adnan's room and the latter tries to support him. At the same time, Ehab is shocked by Ghanima's decision to marry Abu Walid, and Hind reprimands Khalifa for not realizing she has feelings for him.

As Ali receives treatment in the hospital, Adnan tries to help him. Ehab scolds Ghanima for leaving him and getting together with Abu Walid, and Ghanima begins to take over managing the hospital.

Ali tells Adnan of his calm nature, and how Sharifa presented good ideas to the manager of his company in his name, while Ghanima tells Manaf of the need to develop the hospital kitchen.

Khalifa proposes to Ghanima to form a sports team for the hospital, and Abu Walid agrees, while Adnan asks Ali to help him find a way to deal with Sharifa's bad temper.

Adnan tells Ali and Mona that the quarrels between spouses is a sign of a healthy relationship. Sharifa tells Adnan that her parents will soon arrive from abroad, and Ehab plots with Hind against Ghanima.

Ghanima heads the selection committee for the hospital team players with Ali and Adnan, and the latter is in charge of training the team to compete in the competition.

Mona asks to take part in training the hospital's women's team, and Ehab and Hind try to convince Khalifa to cooperate with them against Ghanima. Adnan's health condition deteriorates due to his exhaustion in training the team.

Officer Saif asks Ali to do medical tests for him in the hospital, and Ali finds himself in an embarrassing position dealing with one of the frequenters of Ghanima's office, while Adnan is upset that the basketball captain does not cooperate with the rest of the players.

Ehab is kidnapped by a dangerous gang; Adnan tells Ali of his fear of his feelings towards Sharifa changing; Ghanima completes the preparations of the sports hospital team.

Abu Adnan and Abu Mona comment on the match, and the hospital team loses the first half, so Adnan loses consciousness affected by the defeat, and the team seeks the help of a famous basketball player who helps them win.

The players celebrate winning the championship with Adnan and Ali, while Ehab helps the gang to occupy the hospital and then take all the staff hostage.

As the gang leader interrogates each of the hostages, officer Saif discovers that Sharifa is not among the hostages, and Ehab seizes her.

The gang leader tries to pressure Sharifa to find out where Adnan is, and she interrogates all the hostages to find out the location of the bag.

As the police surround the hospital, officer Hossam arrests the gang leader, releases the hostages, and Adnan is released from the hospital, while Ali is chosen as the best doctor.

Ghanima returns to manage the hospital. As Adnan insists on divorcing Sharifa, Abu Adnan advises them to separate temporarily until they patch things up. Ali invites everyone to dinner at the hospital.
