51st New York Film Festival
The New York Film Festival began in 1963 in New York. A non-competitive festival, NYFF was established by Amos Vogel and Richard Roud. The festival is curated by FILM Society of Lincoln Center. The festival is known for its parallel events and programs running at the same time as the main festival. The current director is Kent Jones.
