Jane Levy is an American actress known for playing the possessed young adult in the critically acclaimed horror remake "Evil Dead" (2013). She was born in Los Angeles, California, on December 29, 1989. She plays the central character in ABC's "Suburgatory" (2011-2013) about a city girl who has to move to the suburbs with her family. Her other credits include indie "Nobody Walks" (2012) with John Krasinski and Olivia Thirlby, and the award-winning drama series "Shameless" starring Emmy Rossum. Levy has been named by critics one of the breakout stars of 2011. Forbes placed her on the list of 30 under 30 who are "reinventing the world." |
