He was a Japanese actor, born on January 11, 1933, in Tokyo, Japan. He was a member of the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. He went to Tokyo Metropolitan Koishikawa High School and studied at the arts department of Nihon University. He is known for Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro (1979), Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001), and Lupin the 3rd: The Mystery of Mamo (1978). He received the 11th Seiyu Award in 2017. He died on July 30, 2022, in Tokyo, Japan. |
