Carla Shinall is a Georgian actress and producer, who was born in Cartersville. She was a member in the music band at school, and also was a participant in the dance team and drama club. She attended Northwestern University in Georgia. In 2014, she auditioned to participated i the series Vacation (2015), and that was her beginning in the field of acting. She is best known for acting in the series If Loving You Is Wrong (2015), and the movie Miracles from Heaven (2016).
