An American actress, born in Kyoto, Japan. At the age of three, she moved to Sapporo, where she was raised. Later on, she left her home in Sapporo in Northern Japan. Her father is the head of an architecture firm, and her mother is a housewife. She worked in modeling in Tokyo, which encouraged her to come to the United States in hopes of breaking into Hollywood. As an actress, she is best known for Eagle Eye (2008), 10 Years (2011), and Burn Notice (2011).
