An American actress and casting director, born in the United States of America on June 15, 1930. Barbara Dodd won the Artois Award for Best Casting for TV Nighttime Special and Best Casting for TV Daytime in 1994 and 1988 respectively. She married actor Bert Remsen (1959-1999). They had two children, and she remained with him until his death. Her most important works include Employee of the Month (2006), CBS Schoolbreak Special (1984-1996), Big Stan (2007), and ABC Afterschool Specials (1972).
She made her debut at the age of five and resumed her acting career when she passed adolescence and finished her studies. After graduating from Rutgers University, she focused more on TV shows, taking on supporting and minor roles. She passed away at the age of 87 in Los Angeles, California, USA, on March 8, 2018.
