As he pursues a chance for success in showbiz, Kermit the Frog embarks on a cross-country journey, on which he makes new friends and tries to thwart the evil intentions of a vicious restaurateur.
After the precious diamond necklace of Lady Holiday gets stolen, reporters Kermit the Frog and Fozzie Bear travel to London to meet her, but as Kermit falls for her secretary, Miss Piggy, the latter gets framed for the crime.
In their quest to get their show on Broadway, Kermit and his friends travel to New York City, only to discover that it is harder than they had imagined.
