Add/Update Information: Adel El Ghadban - Writer

A Syrian author, born November 11, 1905 in Mersin, Turkey. His father was an officer in the Turkish army, then his family moved from it when he was two months old. They returned to Cairo and resided there, lived his life and contacted its literary circles. The poet received his education in Cairo at the Institute of the Jesuit Fathers and worked for a short period of time as a teacher. Then worked in the press and translating for major Egyptian newspapers. In 1972, he died in Cairo and was buried there. From his works: The Bedouin Leila.
