A Bahraini writer and producer, born in Muharraq on November 1961. He started writing for cinema and film criticism in 1980s. He published several books, including Whiteness (1984), The Little Ones That Looks Like You (1991), and The Enlightenment (1994). Many of his works have been adapted into movies and TV series, such as A Bahraini Tales, and The Sleeping Tree. He died on November 6, 2020. |
