A Kuwaiti music producer, born in the Sharq region in 1929. He joined the Mubarakiya school at the beginning of his educational life, then stopped studying when he reached the secondary stage, because of his love for art and his constant preoccupation with it. After that, he began looking for a job, and his career began with the oil company, where he joined the job of "Tell Clark". His salary then was 150 rupees. When he received his first salary, he took the initiative to buy an oud, in order to satisfy his artistic desire. He left the oil company and joined an American company working in the Mashaab area with a higher salary, and he was in charge of sorting mail, but he soon left the job and returned to work again in the oil company. In 1960, he composed a poem entitled "Lee Khalil Hussein" by the poet Ahmed El Adwani, and the artist Shady El Khaleej sang it. It was a breakthrough in the Kuwaiti song, as it achieved a great success and was considered a new artistic turning point in the Kuwaiti song's march. He joined the Higher Institute of Arabic Music of the Academy of Arts in Cairo. In order to develop his musical talent and refine it with academic study. In 1968, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Musical Arts from the Institute, becoming the second Kuwaiti artist to obtain an academic certificate in music after Shady El Khaleej. His most prominent work for Kuwait TV was the Honeymoon sketch, which gained wide fame and is still stuck in people's ears to this day. After his return to his homeland, he proposed the idea of establishing a music institute in the State of Kuwait and it was established in 1972 and he worked as a supervisor. He then developed this idea to turn the Institute of Music into the Higher Institute of Musical Arts in 1976, through which students can complete academic studies and refine their artistic talents. He died on November 11, 2011 after a struggle with illness and was eulogized by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information.
