Egyptian singer born in 1928. She made her first debut on Iraqi radio in 1949, but she never sang on the Egyptian radio. She recorded more than 20 songs for Iraqi radio, and most of them were composed by her husband, Abdul Razzaq Al-Binhawi. She's known for the Egyptian movie The Flower Seller (1959). She passed away on Friday, May 19, 1989. |
